C., and a laminate comprising: the sheet-type molded body; and a polyurethane foam formed body, the sheet-type molded body, and the laminate comprising: the sheet-type molded body; and a polyurethane foam layer being able to be produced by a simple method at low cost without damaging design qualities over time, and making it possible to prevent leakage of raw material etc. from sewed portions when backed with the polyurethane foam layer.
VINYL CHLORIDE RESIN COMPOSITION, VINYL CHLORIDE RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT, AND LAMINATE
Provided is a vinyl chloride resin composition that is capable of forming a vinyl chloride resin molded product having excellent fogging resistance. The vinyl chloride resin composition contains a vinyl chloride resin, a polyester plasticizer, and a polyalkylene glycol. The vinyl chloride resin composition is preferably used in powder molding.
Fabrication of an orthodontic aligner from a negative mold designed by a computational device
Provided is a method in which a computational device generates a design of a negative mold of teeth. The negative mold of the teeth is fabricated from the design of the negative mold. An aligner is formed using the fabricated negative mold. Provided also is a negative mold of teeth for fabricating a positive model of the teeth for an aligner. The negative mold comprises a tooth surface, and an identity tracking entity coupled to the tooth surface to provide identification.
POWDER SLUSH MOLDING MACHINE AND POWDER SLUSH MOLDING METHOD
There are provided a powder slush molding machine that preheats a mold using the transfer time of the mold and may be reduced in size, and a powder slush molding method using the powder slush molding machine.
There are provided a powder slush molding machine and a powder slush molding method using the powder slush molding machine. The powder slush molding machine includes: a mold heating portion that heats a mold so that the temperature of the mold is set to a value equal to or higher than a predetermined temperature; a powder slush portion that sprays a molding resin, while powdering the molding resin, to mold a sheet-like material having a predetermined thickness on the inner surface of the heated mold; a mold cooling portion that cools the mold so that the temperature of the mold is equal to or lower than a predetermined temperature; a mold working portion that separates the cooled sheet-like material from the mold; and a transport device that moves the mold between the respective portions. A preheating device for heating the mold is provided at a part of the transport device.

Composition for soft skins and uses thereof
A composition is disclosed, comprising a block copolymer, at least one homopolymer or copolymer of butene, and at least one olefin homopolymer or copolymer, wherein said block copolymer has hydrogenated low-vinyl polybutadiene end blocks with a specific gravity>0.85 g/cc, and a controlled distribution midblock of polyalkenyl arene/hydrogenated diene. Although the block copolymer has a preferred linear structure as a triblock copolymer, it may also be branched or radial coupled copolymer that has at least 2 arms or more. The composition is useful for rotational molding, slush molding, injection molding, extrusion or compression molding, or thermoforming or calendering for making articles that are resistant to chemicals such as diesel fuel, for the automotive market, for example. The MFR of the block copolymer is 1 to about 50 g/10 min. at 230 C., with a wt. of 2.16 kg.
