Provided is a vinyl chloride resin composition for powder molding with which it is possible to form a vinyl chloride resin molded product having excellent alcohol resistance and low-temperature flexibility. The vinyl chloride resin composition for powder molding contains: (a) a vinyl chloride resin; and (b) a 3-methyl-1,5-pentanediol-sebacic acid polyester that includes a sebacic acid-derived structural unit and a 3-methyl-1,5-pentanediol-derived structural unit. The vinyl chloride resin composition for powder molding is preferably used for powder slush molding.
Powder slush molded body of vinyl chloride resin composition, and laminate
The present invention relates to a powder slush molded body of a polyvinyl chloride composition, the polyvinyl chloride composition containing a polyvinyl chloride, a plasticizer, and an acrylic polymer. The polyvinyl chloride composition contains the plasticizer in an amount of 110 parts by mass or more and 150 parts by mass or less with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyvinyl chloride. When a cross section of the powder slush molded body extending in parallel with a thickness direction is observed under an optical microscope using reflected light, irregular scale-like polyvinyl chloride particles having a long diameter of 30 μm or more and 500 μm or less are continuous with one another via interfacial portions, and the number of aggregated particles of the acrylic polymer having a long diameter of 30 μm or more and 100 μm or less is 10 particles/mm.sup.2 or less. Thus, provided are a powder slush molded body of a polyvinyl chloride composition having high flexibility after heat aging as well as favorable surface characteristics, and a laminate.

The present invention relates to a powder slush molded body of a polyvinyl chloride composition, the polyvinyl chloride composition containing a polyvinyl chloride, a plasticizer, and an acrylic polymer. The polyvinyl chloride composition contains the plasticizer in an amount of 110 parts by mass or more and 150 parts by mass or less with respect to 100 parts by mass of the polyvinyl chloride. A composition of polyvinyl for powder molding may include a polyvinyl chloride (A), a polyvinyl chloride (B), a plasticizer, and an alkyl phosphate. The polyvinyl chloride (A) may have an average particle diameter of 50 μm to 500 μm, and the polyvinyl chloride (B) may have an average particle diameter of 0.01 μm or more and less than 50 μm. An average polymerization degree of the polyvinyl chloride (A) may be 1350 or more, the alkyl phosphate may comprise a mono-alkyl phosphate, and the number of carbon atoms of an alkyl group in the alkyl phosphate may be 5 or more.

A composition of polyvinyl for powder molding may include a polyvinyl chloride (A), a polyvinyl chloride (B), a plasticizer, and an alkyl phosphate. The polyvinyl chloride (A) may have an average particle diameter of 50 μm to 500 μm, and the polyvinyl chloride (B) may have an average particle diameter of 0.01 μm or more and less than 50 μm. An average polymerization degree of the polyvinyl chloride (A) may be 1350 or more, the alkyl phosphate may comprise a mono-alkyl phosphate, and the number of carbon atoms of an alkyl group in the alkyl phosphate may be 5 or more.
VINYL CHLORIDE RESIN COMPOSITION FOR POWDER MOLDING, VINYL CHLORIDE RESIN MOLDED BODY, AND LAMINATE
A polyvinyl chloride composition for powder molding includes 100 parts by mass of a polyvinyl chloride, 120 parts by mass or more and 200 parts by mass or less of a polyester-based plasticizer, and 4 parts by mass or more and 23 parts by mass or less of an acrylic polymer. The polyvinyl chloride has an average particle diameter of 50 μm or more and 500 μm or less and an average degree of polymerization of 1,700 or more. The acrylic polymer contains 40 mass % or more and 95 mass % or less of a constitutional unit derived from methyl (meth)acrylate, and 5 mass % or more and 60 mass % or less of a constitutional unit derived from at least one (meth)acrylic ester selected from the group consisting of a (meth)acrylic ester of an aliphatic alcohol having two or more carbon atoms and a (meth)acrylic ester of an aromatic alcohol.
Flexible molded skin
The present invention relates to a flexible molded skin as part of a composite structure for an airbag cover, and to a composition for producing such a skin using slush molding. The composition and flexible molded skin have a thermoplastic plasticized vinyl polymer, and a tear promoting agent selected from the group of one or more particulate blowing agents, inorganic mineral materials, organic filler materials and microspheres or a mixture of two or more of the afore mentioned materials. The particles of the particulate tear promoting agent have an average particle size of between 0.005 and 50 μm, preferably between 0.005 and 40 μm.
Flexible molded skin
The present invention relates to a flexible molded skin as part of a composite structure for an airbag cover, and to a composition for producing such a skin using slush molding. The composition and flexible molded skin have a thermoplastic plasticized vinyl polymer, and a tear promoting agent selected from the group of one or more particulate blowing agents, inorganic mineral materials, organic filler materials and microspheres or a mixture of two or more of the afore mentioned materials. The particles of the particulate tear promoting agent have an average particle size of between 0.005 and 50 μm, preferably between 0.005 and 40 μm.
