An electric connecting structure is provided, which includes an outer casing, at least two electrical connection terminals, at least two cables, and an electronic component. At least part of each electrical connection terminal is fixed in the outer casing. Each of the at least two cables has an end connected to the corresponding electrical connection terminal. The electric connection structure further includes at least one cable holder molded onto the at least two cables and mounted in the outer casing. The electronic component is connected between the ends of the at least two cables. The electric connection structure can simplify the wiring operations and consequently reduce the time and costs required for the wiring operations.

A mold fabrication element has a hollowed volume defining a respective continuous inner surface. A fabricator resource disposes the mold fabrication element into a cavity of an injection mold assembly; surface contours on the inner surface of cavity as well as the respective continuous inner surface of the mold fabrication element exposed in the cavity define an outer surface of a resulting injection molded part. To create the injection molded part, the fabricator resource injects liquefied material into the cavity. The injected material contacts the continuous inner surface of the hollowed volume in the mold fabrication element as well as the surface contours of the cavity. After the injected material solidifies, the fabricator resource removes a combination of the injection molded part and the mold fabrication element. The fabricator resource separates the mold fabrication element from the injection molded part for further processing and use of the injection molded part.

A method of forming a resilient seal about a work piece is presented. The method includes the steps of providing a work piece defining a rib circumferentially protruding from an outer surface about a longitudinal axis of the work piece and providing a mold. The mold defines a first cavity configured to receive the work piece, a second cavity circumferentially extending about the longitudinal axis of the work piece and in communication with the first cavity, and a port in communication with the second cavity. The method further includes the steps of inserting the work piece within the first cavity such the rib is circumferentially in intimate contact with an inner surface of the first cavity, introducing a curable resilient material into the port, thereby filling the second cavity with the resilient material, curing the resilient material, and then removing the work piece from the mold.

In one aspect of the invention, a dome cover is a dome cover that covers a camera. The dome cover includes a curved section having a curved shape and a skirt section having a cylinder shape and has a top section at the curved section and an opening end section at the skirt section. The thickness of the dome cover is largest at the top section and smallest at the opening end section, and continuously decreases from the top section toward the opening end section. The inner diameter and the outer diameter of the dome cover continuously increase from the top section toward the opening end section.
