INJECTION MOLDING DIE
An injection molding die including a cavity mold and a core mold that is freely openable and closable with respect to the cavity mold. A gas storage concave portion is formed in a back side molding surface of the core mold for molding a back surface side of a resin molded article. The gas storage concave portion is formed by securing a depth of 0.15 to 1.00 mm to be recessed from the back side molding surface, so as to secure an unfilled space in which a molten resin is not filled.
Application container
An application container includes a main body cylinder, an application tool, and an engagement portion. The main body cylinder has a first end and a second end opposite the first end. The application tool is insertable into the main body cylinder through the first end of the main body cylinder. The engagement portion is positioned within the main body cylinder, and includes a cylindrical portion to connect with the application tool and a connector that connects the cylindrical portion and the main body cylinder. The cylindrical portion of the engagement portion is spaced apart from the main body cylinder.

INJECTION MOLDED ARTICLE
An injection molded article is obtained by injection molding a molten resin into a mold. The injection molded article includes: a base as a thin plate-shaped member that is connected to a gate of the mold; and a plurality of protrusions each integrally molded on the base and having a thickness greater than a plate thickness of the base. The plurality of protrusions have holes each extending through the base, and the holes in the respective protrusions are connected through another component to form a flow channel. A processed region processed to have a surface roughness greater than a surface roughness of a mirror surface region including a region between the holes on the base is formed in a projected region where a region having a predetermined thickness value is projected on the base.

Method of injection molding an article
The present invention relates to articles, systems, and methods for injection molding an article. The method includes directing a first shot of molten polymeric material into a mold cavity to form a first part while simultaneously occluding a portion of the gate orifice area with a mold core. Once the first shot is solidified, then the mold core is withdrawn and a second shot is directed into the space previously occupied by the mold core while a portion of the gate orifice area is occluded by the solidified first shot.
