Provided are a fuel tank made of polyketone and a method of manufacturing the same. The method includes injection-molding an upper cover and a lower cover using an injection-molding machine, placing the upper cover and the lower cover at a relatively high position and a relatively low position, respectively, assembling the upper cover and the lower cover with each other, and bonding contact surfaces between the upper cover and the lower cover to each other using a laser beam. Since the upper cover and the lower cover are formed at the same time and are bonded to each other immediately after being assembled by a machine, it is possible to achieve automated production, mass production and remarkable cost reduction. Further, since the fuel tank has sufficient rigidity due to the rigidity of polyketone without an additional reinforcing member, it is possible to manufacture a lightweight fuel tank.

An ear plug having a pressure-adjusting compartment and a formation method. The ear plug is mounted on an earphone so as to be placed into a human auditory canal. The ear plug employs a first formation step for forming an outer main body, the ear plug further employs a second formation step for forming an inner main body, such that the inner main body has formed thereon a mounting portion and an umbrella portion having at least one second air conducting hole, and the ear plug further employs an integration step to make at least one pressure-adjusting compartment between the mounting portion, the audio out portion, the umbrella portion and the outer wall portion, which is respectively and mutually communicated with the first air conducting hole and the second air conducting hole, thereby balancing air pressures in the human auditory canal and outside the earphone via the pressure-adjusting compartment.

Device and method for producing injection-molded parts which comprise different components
09718227 · 2017-08-01 · ·

The invention relates to a device and a method for producing plastic moldings from at least two different sub-elements (15; 16) that includes first and second mold halves (3) and a rotatable center block (6) with center and third mold halves (8; 17) interposed therebetween. The center and third mold halves define first and second parting planes with the first and second mold halves. First cavities are defined in the first parting plane, into which a first plastic component is introduced to produce preforms (12). When the first parting plane is opened, the performs (12) remain on the center mold halves (8) and are brought into the second parting plane when the center block (6) is rotated, in which second parting plane second cavities are at least partially defined by the preforms (12), into which a second plastic component is introduced and first sub-elements (15) are produced. Second sub-elements (16) are produced in the additional cavities. When the second parting plane is opened, the sub-elements (15; 16) remain on the center and third mold halves (8) and are rotated into a lateral assembly position when the center block (6) is rotated.

METHOD AND A DEVICE FOR PRODUCING A PACKAGE CLOSURE
