The present invention relates to a double-material mixing die assembly, comprising a feeding part and a die part. The die part comprises a material receiving branch pipe, a material injection pipe and a die cavity. Two feeding parts are provided, and discharge ends of the two feeding parts are inserted into feeding ends of the material receiving branch pipes respectively. Two material receiving branch pipes are provided, and the feeding ends of the material receiving branch pipes just face the discharge ends of the feeding parts respectively. A discharge end of the material injection pipe is connected to the die cavity.

An injection molding machine and an additional injection device are provided such that a power interruption signal is output to a controller of the injection molding machine or the additional injection device on the destination when it is detected that a movable door is opened and a state of position confirmation means for the movable door is transmitted to the injection molding machine or the additional injection device on the destination through a communication line. Thus, the state of the position confirmation means can be transmitted and notified without decreasing maintainability.

An injection unit for a moulding machine includes an injection cylinder, and an injection piston is provided in the injection cylinder. During an injection process, the injection piston is configured to push out a plasticized mass—in particular plasticized plastic—from the injection cylinder and to feed it to a moulding tool via an injection nozzle. At least two plasticizing units and two supply channels are provided, and the at least two plasticizing units can be fluidically connected with the injection nozzle by the supply channels. The at least two plasticizing units are configured to supply the injection cylinder with the plasticized mass via the supply channels and the injection nozzle prior to the injection process.

An injection unit for a moulding machine includes an injection cylinder, and an injection piston is provided in the injection cylinder. During an injection process, the injection piston is configured to push out a plasticized mass—in particular plasticized plastic—from the injection cylinder and to feed it to a moulding tool via an injection nozzle. At least two plasticizing units and two supply channels are provided, and the at least two plasticizing units can be fluidically connected with the injection nozzle by the supply channels. The at least two plasticizing units are configured to supply the injection cylinder with the plasticized mass via the supply channels and the injection nozzle prior to the injection process.

An injection molding apparatus 30 includes a turntable 5; first, second, and third molds disposed on the turntable 5; fourth, fifth, and sixth molds for opening and clamping the first, second, and third molds; and a first injection device 12, a second injection device 13, and a third injection device 14 for injecting a resin into the molds. Furthermore, the second injection device 13 and the third injection device 14 each include two injection ports, one of the two injection ports works as an injection port for primary and secondary injections, and the other is an injection port for a tertiary injection for injecting the resin along the outer peripheral portion of either one of a first member and a second member.

An injection molding apparatus 30 includes a turntable 5; first, second, and third molds disposed on the turntable 5; fourth, fifth, and sixth molds for opening and clamping the first, second, and third molds; and a first injection device 12, a second injection device 13, and a third injection device 14 for injecting a resin into the molds. Furthermore, the second injection device 13 and the third injection device 14 each include two injection ports, one of the two injection ports works as an injection port for primary and secondary injections, and the other is an injection port for a tertiary injection for injecting the resin along the outer peripheral portion of either one of a first member and a second member.

There is provided an injection mold system and a method for injection molding to produce a three-dimensional object. The system including: one or more extruders each adapted to receive one or more cartridges, the one or more cartridges containing extrudable material; an injection nozzle dimensioned to be positioned into an injection inlet of a mold; tubing each connecting one of the cartridges to the injection nozzle; and one or more controllers configured to control flow of the extrudable material from the one or more extruders to the injection nozzle to fill at least a portion of the interior chamber with the extrudable material to produce the three-dimensional object.

There is provided an injection mold system and a method for injection molding to produce a three-dimensional object. The system including: one or more extruders each adapted to receive one or more cartridges, the one or more cartridges containing extrudable material; an injection nozzle dimensioned to be positioned into an injection inlet of a mold; tubing each connecting one of the cartridges to the injection nozzle; and one or more controllers configured to control flow of the extrudable material from the one or more extruders to the injection nozzle to fill at least a portion of the interior chamber with the extrudable material to produce the three-dimensional object.

A rotor manufacturing method, which is method for manufacturing a rotor that includes a rotor core and a magnet inserted into a slot formed in the rotor core, includes a magnet-insertion step of inserting the magnet into the slot; and a fixing-material-injection step of injecting a fixing material into a space between an inner surface of the slot and the magnet from a plurality of fixing-material-injection portions of the slot. In the fixing-material-injection step, a time for starting injection of the fixing material into the slot is made to differ among the plurality of fixing-material-injection portions.
