A gasket includes a reinforcing body made of a resin film, a one-side gasket body on one surface of the reinforcing body, and another-side gasket body on another surface of the reinforcing body. The reinforcing body has, between both gasket bodies, a three-dimensional shape in which the resin film is bent. The one-side gasket body includes an inversely-tapered engaging convex portion protruding toward the other-side gasket body, the reinforcing body includes a deformation portion as the three-dimensional shape deforming along a shape of the engaging convex portion, and the other-side gasket body includes an inversely-tapered engaging concave portion embedding therein the engaging convex portion and the deformation portion. At least one of the one-side gasket body and the other-side gasket body includes a flat surface-shaped seal surface, and the reinforcing body has a convex shape as the three-dimensional shape protruding toward the flat surface-shaped seal surface.

A particle foam component has a foam body, which is provided with a cover layer made of a plastic material at least in partial areas of its outer surface. The foam body has a compressed surface structure in its areas supporting the cover layer. The cover layer is bonded in substance to the compressed surface structure of the foam body. For producing the particle foam component, the foam body is foamed in a mold and the cover layer is foamed or molded integrally in a subsequent method step. A compressed surface structure is formed in the surface areas supporting the cover layer before applying the cover layer, and the cover layer is bonded in substance to the compressed surface structure.

PLASTIC COMPOSITE PANEL AND ASSOCIATED PRODUCTION METHOD

A method for producing a plastic composite panel which is provided as a layer structure. The method includes providing a film layer structure comprising an adhesive layer which is arranged between two transparent plastic films. The film layer structure is pre-molded to assume an approximately final shape and is arranged in a molding tool so that a first main surface of the film layer structure is towards the molding surface of the molding tool and so that a cavity is formed between the second main surface of the film layer structure and a surface of the molding tool. The film layer structure is then back-molded in a thermal molding method step while introducing a thermoplastic material into the cavity to provide the layer structure. A pre-molding and back-molding step, a rigidification of the thermoplastic layer, and a demolding of the layer structure is further performed.
