A pipe is connected by being inserted into a hole of a central part of the connection member and a distortion prevention member for minimizing a force corresponding to distortion applied in a direction opposed to a direction of the connection is formed in the flange member. The connection member is made up of fluoride resin and the case member is made up of engineering plastic.

The resin transfer unit and the core transfer unit are arranged such that: the resin transfer unit supplies the resin to the molding device from one side position of side surfaces of the molding device; and the core transfer unit carries the core body in and out of the molding device from the other side position of the side surfaces of the molding device, the other side position being different from one side position.
Manufacturing Method and Mold for Artificial Shuttlecock
A mold for manufacturing an artificial shuttlecock from a semi-finished shuttlecock includes a male mold and a female mold. The male mold includes a cone frustum and a plurality of first annular grooves. The semi-finished shuttlecock is placed on an outside of the cone frustum. The first annular grooves are disposed apart on the outside of the cone frustum. The female mold includes a tapered slot, a plurality of second annular grooves and an injection channel. The second annular grooves are disposed apart on an inner surface of the tapered slot. When the semi-finished shuttlecock and the male mold are placed into the female mold, each of the first annular grooves corresponds to each of the second annular grooves to form a plurality of molded grooves. The injection channel communicates with the second annular grooves, and the molded grooves communicate with the injection channel through the second annular grooves.

The support surface (16) is in use facing the elastically yielding layer (14). The support surface (16) forms a wall of the molding cavity (20). There is also a step of providing an insert (26) inside the molding cavity (20) and a step of closing the mold (18). A step of injection molding of a thermoplastic polymer above the support surface (16), between the support surface (16) and the mold (18) is also provided.

A heating apparatus for heating an object having a cylindrical outer peripheral surface includes: a support member for supporting the object to be heated; a covering member movable in the vertical directions relative to the support member and having inner wall surfaces with an open lower end, the inner wall surfaces defining an accommodation space for accommodating the object to be heated; the covering member closing the accommodation space when the covering member is disposed on the support member; the covering member allowing loading or unloading of the object to be heated when the covering member is separated from the support member; and a plurality of ring-shaped light sources each provided to surround the cylindrical outer peripheral surface of the object to be heated and arranged in the vertical direction in the accommodation space and radiating light for heating the object to be heated.

Provided is a decorative sheet in which a graphic is less deteriorated even after injection molding. First and second graphic layers contain a plurality of interference pigments that emit respective interference lights having respective colors in a first direction in first and second binders to exhibit first and second mixed colors. An optical functional layer changes a reflectance property of light. The first and second graphic layers represent a graphic visually recognizable from a front surface of a decorative sheet and allow visually recognizing an image displayed on a back surface from the front surface. The optical functional layer increases at least one of ratios of an amount of visible light representing the graphic and an amount of visible light representing the image that transmits through the first and second graphic layers to an amount of visible light reflected by and visible on the front surface.
Method of Manufacturing a Two Component Sealing Gasket for Plastic Pipe
A pipe sealing gasket is shown which is designed to be received within a raceway provided within the female, belled end of a section of plastic pipe which is assembled with a mating male pipe end to form a plastic pipe joint. The gasket is a two-component gasket having a softer, elastomeric portion and a harder, plastic ring portion. A splicing technique is used to form the softer, elastomeric portion with the harder, plastic portion being injection molded over the previously formed elastomeric portion.
