A spout (1) for a flexible pouch (100) for liquid food, such as fruit juices, yogurt, fruit or vegetable purees and the like, includes a tubular barrier (30) embedded in the tube (18), made of a material impermeable to atmospheric oxygen. The spout is made by molding equipment that includes a counter-mold (300) with fixed insert (302) and a movable skirt (304), slidably fitted on the fixed insert (302). The spout may be made by a production method in which, during the injection of a first oxygen permeable plastic material, the skirt (304) is moved, coming out of the barrier (30), which remains in a fixed initial position.

TELESCOPIC TUBE AND METHOD FOR THE MANUFACTURE THEREOF
20210262597 · 2021-08-26 ·

A telescopic tube and methods of manufacturing it are disclosed. The manufacturing method includes placing a connecting ring around a tube body of the telescopic tube, then forming a connecting tube at one end of the tube body by injection molding so that the connecting ring is positioned between the connecting tube and the other end of the tube body. The method further includes coupling the connecting ring with the connecting tube.

Self-holding and self-extracting seal molding system and method

A seal molding system includes a mold body having a mold body inner geometry configured complementary to a fitting outer geometry of a fitting, and a mold collar having one or more mold collar engagement elements configured to engage with one or more fitting engagement elements. The mold collar is couplable to the mold body at a body-collar interface allowing free rotation of the mold collar relative to the mold body. The body-collar interface is configured such that axial motion in a first axial direction and/or rotational motion in a first rotational direction of the mold collar relative to the fitting causes the mold collar to urge the mold body against a panel surface, and axial motion in a second axial direction and/or rotational motion in a second rotational direction of the mold collar relative to the fitting causes the mold collar to draw the mold body away from the panel.

INJECTION MOLDED HOSE CONNECTIONS FOR BLOW MOLDED TUBES

An object of the present invention is to provide a technique by which, when producing a resin molded article using an insert member having low pressure resistance, molding can be easily performed, and deformation of the insert member can be suppressed. A method for producing a resin molded article of the present invention, the method includes the steps of disposing an insert member in a cavity of a mold; performing injection of molten resin into the cavity; terminating the injection on and after the molten resin reaches an overflow portion in the cavity and before the molten resin fills the overflow portion; and separating resin in the overflow portion.

HYBRID COWL CROSS BAR AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
20210163072 · 2021-06-03 ·

The present invention relates to a hybrid cowl cross bar manufactured through an improved method of performing an insert injection molding without applying hydraulic pressure to the inside of a metal pipe during injection molding in order to simplify a manufacturing process of a hybrid cowl cross bar and to secure rigidity of the cowl cross bar. According to an aspect of the present invention, a reinforcing material is inserted into a metal pipe that is a material of a cowl cross bar. The metal pipe may be made of a material such as aluminum, magnesium, or steel, like a conventional cowl cross bar. The reinforcing material may be manufactured by extruding a synthetic resin or a composite material (for example, PP+GF50%). A rib may be formed inside the reinforcing material to increase a capability to resist injection pressure when the metal pipe is insert-injected and to secure rigidity.
