RESIN MOLDED PRODUCT PRODUCTION METHOD, MOLDING DIE, AND RESIN MOLDING APPARATUS
The present invention provides a resin molded product production method that can reduce the molding defects even when resin-molding is performed in a state where a chip is temporarily bonded to a carrier via a temporary bonding sheet. The method for producing a resin molded product obtained by subjecting an object to be molded being a chip 21 temporarily bonded to a carrier 11 via a temporary bonding sheet 12 to transfer molding, including the step of: resin-molding the object to be molded by transfer molding using a molding die 1000, wherein the resin-molding is performed in a state where a gap G is formed so that the temporary bonding sheet 12 disposed in the molding die 1000 and a surface facing the temporary bonding sheet 12 on a side where the chip 21 is temporarily bonded do not come into contact with each other.
Method for manufacturing decorative molding and mold for the method
A method for manufacturing a decorative molding in which a transfer layer is transferred onto an injection molded product from a transfer sheet simultaneously with performing of injection molding in which at least one knockout pin in a second half-mold is caused to retreat to clamp a first half-mold and the second half-mold together; and the at least one knockout pin is made to advance so that the first half-mold and the second half-mold are released from each other until the second half-mold and the first half-mold open to a predetermined interval, while the transfer layer in a non-transfer area that is to remain on the transfer sheet is pushed against the first half-mold.
Transfer film, method for producing a transfer film, use of a transfer film, and method for coating a component
A transfer film includes a carrier film and a transfer ply, wherein the transfer film is provided for transferring the transfer ply to a component. A deep-drawing membrane is arranged between the carrier film and the transfer ply. A method for producing a transfer film as well as the use of a transfer film and a method for coating a component with a transfer film.
Method for manufacturing resin structure, and resin structure
This method for manufacturing a resin structure (1) is provided with: a step for arranging a sheet (30) having a smooth surface (31) having a maximum height roughness of 3 μm or less, inside a forming mold (40) such that the smooth surface (31) faces an internal space (44) of the forming mold (40); a step for molding a resin molded body (10) to which the sheet (30) is adhered, by filling the internal space (44) with a resin; a step for separating the resin molded body (10) from the sheet (30), thereby forming a first region (11) having a maximum height roughness of 3 μm or less on at least a portion of the surface of the resin molded body (10); and a step for using a fluid conductive ink to form a wiring (20) on the first region (11).
Manufacturing method of molded product, molded product, cartridge, and image forming apparatus
A method of producing a molded product includes preparing a mold for insert molding, setting an insert member, forming a cavity in a condition in which the insert member is disposed by closing the mold and injecting a molten resin into the cavity. The mold for insert molding includes first and second molds, and the first mold has a guide surface provided at a part corresponding to a trunk portion of the molded product within a wall surface defining a groove portion which constitutes a part of the cavity. The insert member is set at the groove portion of the first mold while the projecting portion being guided by the guide surface.
Method for manufacturing molded product including real wood
The present disclosure relates to a method for manufacturing a molded product including real wood capable of forming a real wood layer on the surface of an injected molded product by using an IMD film provided with a real wood stacked body. According to the method, it is possible to manufacture the IMD film provided with the real wood stacked body on the release film, and to form the real wood layer on the surface of the injected molded product without breakage by using the IMD film.
Method of manufacturing in-mold decorative molded article
A method of manufacturing an in-mold decorative molded article includes supplying an in-mold transfer foil to a metal mold, injecting and cooling a molding resin and taking out an molded article formed of the molding resin cooled and cured in the metal mold in which a clear layer and a transfer layer having a decorative figure in the in-mold transfer foil are integrated on the surface by opening the mold, molding the molded article integrally with a cutting portion not necessary for a target product inside the metal mold by the molding resin at an outer periphery of the product and arranging a boundary of a printing region of the clear layer in the in-mold transfer foil in the cutting portion so as to be larger than the outer periphery of the product.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING RESIN STRUCTURE, AND RESIN STRUCTURE
This method for manufacturing a resin structure (1) is provided with: a step for arranging a sheet (30) having a smooth surface (31) having a maximum height roughness of 3 m or less, inside a forming mold (40) such that the smooth surface (31) faces an internal space (44) of the forming mold (40); a step for molding a resin molded body (10) to which the sheet (30) is adhered, by filling the internal space (44) with a resin; a step for separating the resin molded body (10) from the sheet (30), thereby forming a first region (11) having a maximum height roughness of 3 m or less on at least a portion of the surface of the resin molded body (10); and a step for using a fluid conductive ink to form a wiring (20) on the first region (11).
In-mould labelling process
There is disclosed an in-mould labelling process for the manufacture of a labelled article comprising the steps of: feeding a labelstock web into a mould; forming an article in the mould such that the formed article contacts and effectively adheres to a label of the labelstock web; detaching the adhered label from the labelstock web; and removing the formed and labelled article from the mould.
Methods and devices for applying bone cement to orthopedic prostheses to enhance bond strength
An apparatus for forming a flowable material against a prosthetic implant can comprise a mold body having an outer surface and an inner surface. The inner surface can define a mold cavity that is selectively configured to at least partially accept the prosthetic implant in a forming position. An inlet port can be configured on the mold cavity that extends between the inner and outer surfaces. The mold cavity can substantially conform to a profile of a bone opposing surface of the prosthetic implant such that a void is created between the inner surface of the mold body and the bone opposing surface of the prosthetic implant. The inlet port can be configured to permit introduction of the flowable material into the void and against the bone opposing surface of the prosthetic implant.
