FORMING DEVICE AND METHOD OF BASE MATERIAL AND SKIN LAYER
A forming device of a base material and a skin layer may include a lower mold having an upper surface on which a first forming surface is formed and including a vacuum path formed inwardly from the first forming surface to be connected to the vacuum chamber; an upper mold disposed to be movable upward and downward by a press device and having a lower surface on which a second forming surface is formed to correspond to the first forming surface of the lower mold; a pressurizing member disposed at the outside of the second forming surface of the upper mold to be movable toward the upper surface of the lower mold; and a pressurizing cylinder pushing the pressurizing member toward the upper surface of the lower mold to closely adhere the skin layer injected between the upper mold and the lower mold to the upper surface of the lower mold.
FRAME MOLDING
According to one embodiment, a clip is assembled to an inner member in a state where the clip penetrates through a through-hole of the inner member. The through-hole penetrates between a bottom surface of a recessed part and an inner surface in the inner member, in other words, between front and rear surfaces of the inner member. This configuration enables a part where the inner member holds the clip to be formed relatively thicker. Thus, strength of a connection part of the clip and the inner member can be further enhanced.
DECORATIVE FILM, DECORATIVE MOLDED ARTICLE, DECORATIVE DISPLAY COMPONENT, DECORATIVE DISPLAY SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DECORATIVE DISPLAY COMPONENT
A decorative molded article undergoes laser etching. The decorative molded article includes: a first top layer containing a cured product of an ionizing radiation-curable resin; a transparent second top layer laminated with the first top layer; and a design layer located between the first top layer and the second top layer.
TERMINAL INSERT ARTICLE
A terminal insert article includes a metal terminal, and a resin molded article in which the terminal is inserted. The molded article is formed by injection molding. When a position of the molded article into which molten resin is injected at time of the injection molding is referred to as a resin injection position, the resin injection position is formed in a projecting shape. The molded article includes a spherical surface part at an opposite position from the resin injection position. The spherical surface part has a spherical surface shape swollen out in a direction away from the resin injection position. A component that constitutes a rotation angle sensor, which detects a rotation angle of a rotatably-supported shaft, is inserted in the molded article.
Glazing comprising a seal portion with a closed insert and method for producing the glazing
A glazing includes a glazed element, at least one profiled seal portion and at least one insert which is located at least partially inside the profiled seal portion, the insert having along a main portion which is in the profiled seal portion, in cross-section, a section which is closed on itself in the form of a loop and which forms a hollow member, wherein the main portion includes at least at one end a stopper which closes the end.
Door trim armrest substrate structure
A vehicle armrest including a fabric member tensioned across a gap defined between inner and outer armrest substrates that are formed around a portion of the fabric member. At least one buckling member extends across the gap between the inner and outer armrest substrates and a cover member extends over and vertically supported by the fabric member.
Blower, Ventilation Device, Vehicle Seat or Battery System, Manufacturing Method and Equipment
A blower for a vehicle seat or a vehicle power battery system, the blower includes a motor; a control device, which is electrically connected to the motor to control operation of the motor; a housing, within which the control device is disposed; and an electrical connector having a plurality of pins, the plurality of pins each having inner end portions located inside the housing and outer end portions exposed outside the housing, the inner end portions being electrically connected to the control device; during a molding process of a housing part of the housing, at least a portion of the electrical connector is integrally formed on the housing part.
INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM
An injection molding system includes a plurality of inspection apparatuses for inspecting molded article quality, a unit that transports a molded article molded by an injection molding machine, a molded article containment unit that is provided for each of types of post-treatment operations needed for the molded article, a transport destination designation unit that selects and designates the molded article containment unit to contain the molded article on the basis of a combination of inspection results from the plurality of inspection apparatuses, and a molded article sorting and transport unit that sorts and transports the molded article into the molded article containment unit designated by the transport destination designation unit.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING KEYCAP
A method for manufacturing a keycap includes a plastic injection step that involves forming a keycap preform; a coating layer forming step that involves spraying a surface paint material onto a processing surface of the keycap preform to form a surface paint coating layer, which has an engraved marking portion; a protection layer forming step that involves spraying a protection material onto the surface paint coating layer to form a first protection layer; a laser engraving step that involves removing the engraved marking portion; and a screen printing step that involves forming a second protection layer on the processing surface.
Dual torque and injection molding device
A tool for driving a threaded fastener includes a driver head, a motor, and an injector. The driver head includes a spindle rotatable about an axis. A distal end of the spindle defines a plurality of drive surfaces configured to engage mating drive surfaces on the fastener to rotate the fastener about the axis. The driver head defines a fluid passage having an outlet proximate to the distal end of the spindle. The motor is drivingly coupled to the spindle to rotate the spindle about the axis. The injector is coupled to an inlet of the fluid passage and configured to feed a liquid insulator through the fluid passage.
