Dispenser Container
The invention relates to a dispenser container consisting of an outer container and an inner container for receiving a fluid, wherein the outer container and the inner container are formed from blow-moulded plastics, which do not form an integral connection with one another, and wherein a first plastic from which the inner container is formed has a higher elasticity than a second plastic from which the outer container is formed, such that the inner container is deformable, and wherein the outer container has at least one pressure compensation opening for pressure compensation in the region between the outer container and the inner container, wherein the inner container has a first outlet region and the outer container has a second outlet region, wherein the first outlet region can be shifted relative to the second outlet region in an outlet direction.
METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WIRING CIRCUIT COMPONENT, MOLD FOR MANUFACTURING WIRING CIRCUIT COMPONENT, AND RESINOUS WIRING CIRCUIT COMPONENT
A one-surface groove for wiring is formed in a front surface 2a, opposite-surface grooves for wiring are formed in a back surface 2b by protruding core members, and communication parts for allowing the one-surface groove and the opposite-surface grooves to communicate with each other are formed to shape a board section 2 made of a non-conductive resin. After the core members are retracted, a conduction-side resin, which will become conductive, is shaped in the one-surface groove, the opposite-surface grooves, and the communication parts to form front-side wiring 3, communication wirings 4, and back-side wirings 5, whereby a wiring circuit component is provided.
TOOTHBRUSH HEAD AND A CHILD'S TOOTHBRUSH INCORPORATING THE SAME
A head for a toothbrush, a toothbrush incorporating the toothbrush head and a method of fabricating the same is disclosed. The toothbrush head includes a bulbous body that is located at one end of a handle. The body includes first and second ends and a longitudinal axis extending therebetween. The body comprises a first disc and at least a second disc located generally vertically below the first disc. Each disc has a peripheral surface with a plurality of facetted regions formed therein. The facets may include detents and indentations. The peripheral surface may also include a plurality of cylindrical rod-like projections that extend radially outwardly therefrom and are oriented at right angles to the longitudinal axis. The toothbrush is fabricated by injection molding an inner core from a rigid material and then injection molding a resilient layer around that core.
RECHARGEABLE BATTERY AND METHOD FOR MOLDING INSULATOR
A rechargeable battery includes a battery case, a cover that closes an open end of the battery case, and a power collection terminal arranged on the cover to supply power from a power generating element to an external terminal. The power collection terminal extends through a gasket arranged on a lower surface of the cover, an insulator arranged on an upper surface of the cover, and the external terminal arranged on an upper surface of the insulator. An annular sealing member is held between the lower surface of the cover and the gasket. The insulator is a resin-molded component. The insulator includes a through hole defined by an inner wall that includes a lower open end, an upper open end, and a central portion. At least one of the lower open end and the upper open end has a larger diameter than the central portion.
MOLDED BODY AND PRODUCTION METHOD THEREOF
A molded body according to one aspect of the present disclosure is a molded body obtained by molding resin and used by allowing light to pass through the resin. In this molded body, a gate mark as a mark of a gate through which resin was injected during molding is disposed to a bonding surface to be bonded to an other member having no light transmittance, that is, to a bonding surface in the molded body.
Case for protecting battery and electronic device having the same
A case for protecting a battery and an electronic device having the same are provided. The case includes a main body, a circumferential wall and a waterproof element. The main body includes a first side surface. The circumferential wall connects with the first side surface, extending along a first direction away from the first side surface, and includes a circumferential groove. The circumferential groove is around the circumferential wall and concavely disposed on an outer wall surface of the circumferential wall. The waterproof element includes a circumferential basal portion disposed in the circumferential groove and a circumferential raised portion disposed on an outer surface of the circumferential basal portion and corresponding in position to the circumferential groove. The circumferential raised portion includes a first segment and a second segment opposite to the first segment and farther from the first side surface than the first segment.
METHOD OF PRODUCING A DECORATIVE STRUCTURAL PLASTIC PART
A method is provided for producing a decorative structural plastic part. That method includes the steps of two-shot molding a structural plastic layer with a decoration-compatible plastic layer, mechanically bonding the structural plastic layer with the decoration-compatible plastic layer to form an integral plastic part body and applying a decoration to the decoration-compatible plastic layer following molding.
INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM AND METHOD
An injection molding method includes providing a molding device including a first mold, a second mold over the first mold and a first mold cavity defined by the first mold and the second mold; injecting a first material into the first mold cavity; forming a first layer from the first material; replacing the second mold by a third mold, injecting a second material into a second mold cavity defined by the first mold and the third mold; and forming a second layer from the second material, wherein the second layer at least partially contacts the first layer. The first material is same as the second material.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING INJECTION MOLDED ARTICLE, AND RESIN MOLDED ARTICLE
An injection molding apparatus 30 includes a turntable 5; first, second, and third molds disposed on the turntable 5; fourth, fifth, and sixth molds for opening and clamping the first, second, and third molds; and a first injection device 12, a second injection device 13, and a third injection device 14 for injecting a resin into the molds. Furthermore, the second injection device 13 and the third injection device 14 each include two injection ports, one of the two injection ports works as an injection port for primary and secondary injections, and the other is an injection port for a tertiary injection for injecting the resin along the outer peripheral portion of either one of a first member and a second member.
METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SENSOR
