Extrusion die for synthetic wood, manufacturing apparatus and method using the same, and synthetic wood manufactured by the same
Disclosed therein are an extrusion die for synthetic wood which can provide a natural wood pattern similar with real wood by forming various wood patterns on the surface of synthetic wood manufactured through extrusion molding, manufacturing apparatus and method using the same, and synthetic wood manufactured by the same. The extrusion die includes: a pair of molds respectively having rectangular extrusion holes for allowing extrudates forming an inner layer to pass through the extrusion holes; and surface layer forming parts having flow paths which are oppositely formed on contact faces of the molds in such a way as to keep a predetermined gap and formed in a top and bottom asymmetrical manner for injecting other extrudates supplied, the surface layer forming parts serving to form a surface layer having different wood patterns on the outer circumference of the inner layer. The present invention can realize the natural wood pattern similar with real wood by forming various wood patterns on the surface of the synthetic wood by the extrusion die having an asymmetric flow path therein.
MOBILE PHONE CASE AND INJECTION MOLD FOR THE SAME
A mobile phone case injection mold includes a first molding plate and a second molding plate to form a cavity corresponding to a mobile phone case to be manufactured, a first injection device to inject a first molten resin, a second injection device to inject a second molten resin, a first runner to guide the first molten resin, a second runner to guide the second molten resin and a mixing runner to simultaneously guide the first and second molten resins to mix the first and second molten resins, thereby producing a mobile phone case having a pattern formed by mixing the first and second molten resins.
FUSIBLE TOY BEAD AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING FUSIBLE TOY BEAD
A fusible toy bead includes a water-soluble resin and two or more pigments as coloring agents, the water-soluble resin includes polyvinyl alcohol as a main component, and includes 3% by weight of polypropylene, and two or more colors appear on a surface in a mixed manner without intermixing with each other.
BICOLOURED INJECTION-MOULDED PRODUCT AND BI-COLOUR INJECTION-MOULDING METHOD
An injection-molded product of bi- or multicolored appearance includes a first thermoplastic component of a first color that is a base color, and at least one second thermoplastic component of a second color that is different from first color. The injection-molded product also has at least one unmixed, especially unblended, regional domain of only the first or second color. The domain can be uncontaminated by and/or visually distinct from the other color. The first thermoplastic component and the at least one second thermoplastic component are mutually mixable, especially blendable and/or chemically compatible, materials, when in their thermoplastic melted states. An injection-molding method can be used to manufacture the injection-molded product of bi- or multicolored appearance.
PICKLEBALL BALL AND A METHOD OF MANUFACTURE THEREOF
A method of manufacture for a pickleball ball includes injection molding a first hemisphere of the pickleball ball from a base resin; incorporating a colorant into the base resin during the injection molding of the first hemisphere, the colorant of a color different than a color of the base resin to form a first design in the first hemisphere; injection molding a second hemisphere of the pickleball ball from the base resin; incorporating the colorant into the base resin during the injection molding of the second hemisphere, the colorant of the color different than the color of the base resin to form a second design in the second hemisphere; and hot seam welding the first hemisphere to the second hemisphere.
Injection molding tool and method for the production thereof, and method for producing marbled molded parts
Disclosed herein is an injection mold for production of marbled moldings, including at least one hot runner, a cavity, an entry opening into the injection mold and an inlet into the cavity, where the hot runner has at least two ducts that are connected at a first end of each duct to the inlet into the cavity and at a second end of each duct to the entry opening into the injection mold, where the at least two ducts each at least partly form a spiral, and the at least two ducts are bounded by a one-piece component. Further disclosed herein is a process for producing the injection mold and a process for producing marbled moldings.
Method and device for producing marbled molded parts and method for producing the device
Disclosed herein is a process for producing marbled moldings, where a first molding compound and at least one further molding compound are injected from an injection unit of a screw injection molding machine into an injection mold, where the injection unit includes a barrel, a screw having a screw tip and a nozzle where the screw is rotatable and is disposed in the barrel so as to be movable between a forward position and a backward position, with a smaller distance between the screw tip and the nozzle in the forward position than in the backward position, and where the first molding compound includes a first polymer compound and a first colorant, and the at least one further molding compound includes a further polymer compound and optionally at least one further colorant. Further disclosed herein is an apparatus for production of marbled moldings, and a process for producing the apparatus.
