Wall-mounted drum type washing machine having wall coupling members
A wall-mounted drum type washing machine includes a rear panel mounted on a wall surface; a tub containing wash water; a box unit coupled to the rear panel and surrounding the tub; and a reinforcement portion connecting the tub and the rear panel and surrounding the tub.
SEALING MEMBER, SEALING MECHANISM, LIQUID EJECTION APPARATUS AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SEALING MECHANISM
A sealing member, that is a resin molded product to be joined to a flow path forming member through which a fluid flows, has a surface including an opening constituting or including a portion of the flow path, a protrusion surrounding the circumference of the opening and a rib having one of its opposite ends connected to a part of the protrusion and the other end located inside or outside of the protrusion. The protrusion has at the top thereof a contact region to be pressed against and held in contact with the flow path forming member.
METHOD FOR THE INJECTION MOULDING OF ARTICLES FORMED BY PLASTIC MATERIALS HAVING DIFFERENT CHARACTERISTICS
The injection moulding of articles formed by plastic materials having different characteristics, for example of different colours, is carried out in a single injection cycle in which the first and the second plastic materials are injected into a first and into a second zone of a mould cavity by first and second injectors controlled according to specific modes so as to define a shape and/or a position of a weld line.
Rotary injection molding apparatus for producing plastic components such as syringes
A syringe includes a barrel having a proximal end, a distal end, and a sidewall extending substantially circumferentially between the proximal end and the distal end along a longitudinal axis. The barrel is formed from an injection molding process including aligning a mold die defining an internal shape of the barrel in a molding cavity defining an external shape of the barrel, the molding cavity defined by first and second mold sections. Each mold section includes at least one gate adapted to control the flow of a molding material into the molding cavity. The gates of each mold section are opened to permit the first and second melt streams of molding material to fill the molding cavity surrounding the mold die, where the molding material takes the shape of the molding cavity.
MULTI-LAYER INJECTION MOLDED CONTAINER
A coinjection molded multi-layer container includes an inner layer, an outer layer, and a barrier layer. The inner layer includes a first polymeric material and forms an inside surface of the container. The outer layer includes the first polymeric material and forms an outside surface of the container. The barrier layer is located between the inner layer and the outer layer and includes a second polymeric material less permeable to gas than the first polymeric material. The barrier layer is biased toward the inside surface or the outside surface such that the inner layer and the outer layer have different thicknesses.
System for co-injection with continuous injection molding
A carousel-like continuous co-injection molding system includes an arrangement of upper and lower inclined feed channels. Each of the feed channels has a valve therein positioned upstream of an inlet to an associated mold cavity. The valve is controllable so that adjustments may be made in real time to achieve or maintain delivery of molten polymeric material to the mold cavity at constant pressure.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PRODUCING INJECTION-MOLDED PARTS BY A TWO-COMPONENT INJECTION-MOLDING TECHNIQUE AND INJECTION-MOLDED PART
A method for producing injection-molded parts by a two-component injection-molding technique in which a first material component is injected into a mold cavity and is displaced into peripheral regions of the mold cavity by injecting a second material component. The first material component is injected into a partial region of the mold cavity at a first gating point and the second material component is injected into the mold cavity at a second gating point and, as a result, the first material component is acted upon by the second material component and displaced in the direction of the regions of the mold to be filled with the first material component. The first material component is thereby displaced into regions of the mold at the wall, and the second material component is introduced in those regions of the mold as a core material and completely into other regions of the mold.
PLASTIC CONTAINER WITH FLEXIBLE BASE PORTION
Plastic container (110), including a side wall (120) and a flexible portion (132) of a base (130). The flexible portion of the base deflects when the sealed plastic container experiences a differential pressure. The deflection of the flexible portion of the base acts to change the internal volume of the container and thereby reduce the differential pressure. The container is a retortable container. The container may be injection-molded with inner and outer plastic layers (460,462) and a core layer (464) between the inner and outer plastic layers.
SYRINGE INCLUDING DIFFERENT MATERIALS
A syringe includes a syringe body, a syringe cone having a distal opening, and a connection arranged in the region of the syringe cone, wherein the syringe body includes a first material and the connection includes a second material, and wherein the first material is different from the second material and the second material is a softer material than the first material.
One-piece, multi-component injection-molded brush and method for producing it
A brush with a bristle support tube and a set of injection-molded bristles, which are affixed to the bristle support tube, extend through the outer wall of the bristle support tube, and are of one piece with a plastic element that fills at least a part of the inside of the bristle support tube; the interior of the bristle support tube has at least one dividing wall that divides the interior of the bristle support tube into compartments that are separate from one another.
