An injection molding system includes an injection molding apparatus that performs injection molding, a first conveyor apparatus on one side of the injection molding apparatus to eject and insert a first mold through a first opening of the injection molding apparatus, and a second conveyor apparatus located on a second side of the injection molding apparatus to eject and insert a second mold through a second opening of the injection molding apparatus, where the improvement of the injection molding apparatus includes a first door to cover the first opening, a second door to cover the second opening, and a controller that prohibits injection molding with the first mold in a case where the second door is opened.

In order to increase the degree of automation, an overmolding device for processing profiles, having a turntable with a worktable device that is movable in rotation about an axis of rotation in a rotation plane and has at least two processing areas, is proposed, wherein the processing areas each comprise a central plate, wherein the central plate is attached to and/or mounted on the worktable via a central-plate receptacle, wherein the turntable comprises an upper and a lower mold, which are decoupled from the rotation of the worktable device and which are arranged opposite one another with regard to the rotation plane, and wherein the upper and lower mold are movable such that, together with the central plate, they form a mold receiving the profile, and the central-plate receptacle (5) forms the fixed closing side and the upper and lower molds form the movable closing side.
RAPID MOLD REPLACING DEVICE FOR USE IN MOLDING MACHINE
A rapid mold replacing device for use in molding machine includes: a mold having lateral walls at two ends disposed with a pair of bolt slots; a pair of fastening members, having a locking member connected at an outer side of each fastening member, and protruded with a locking bolt, and a top surface of each locking member having an unlocking slot; and an unlocking mechanism, disposed on a top surface of the elevation seat and having at least one first retractable driving device, and a pair of unlocking blades capable of being synchronously driven by the first retractable driving device; when the pair of unlocking blades are inserted in or released from the pair of unlocking slots, the mold can be formed in an un locked or a locked status to the mold.
CONVEYOR DEVICE FOR MOVING MOLDS
A conveyance system for conveying a mold into an injection molding machine includes a conveying machine that conveys the mold, and a supporting member that movably supports the conveying machine, wherein the improvement to the conveyance system includes a guide member that guides a movement of the conveying machine by the supporting member in a direction other than an X-axis direction between a first position where the mold can be conveyed from the conveying machine to the injection molding machine and a second position that is different from the first position.
Tool for the injection molding of plastic molded parts and method for moving a slide of a tool half of the tool
A tool for the injection molding of plastic molded parts has two tool halves movable in relation to each other, one of which has a mold plate carrying at least one mold insert with a multiplicity of mold cavities, or a mold plate with a mold insert support platen, which carries at least one mold insert with a multiplicity of mold cavities. The mold cavities are designed to form molded parts in conjunction with complementary cavities present on the second of the tool halves. The mold insert of each mold cavity is assigned a slide, which is arranged movably over or in a cavity-side surface of the mold insert. The slide has at least one guide element in engagement with a counterpart guide element in the mold insert. A connection bolt extends from the slide in the direction of the mold plate or of the mold insert support platen and is guided in a guide groove of a rotary ring. A plurality of connection bolts of a plurality of slides are arranged circumferentially along the circumference of the rotary ring, distributed in a corresponding number of guide grooves, and the rotary ring is connected to a drive ring arranged on the mold plate or the mold insert support platen.
Injection Molding Apparatus
An injection molding apparatus includes: a first mounting block configured such that a fixed mold is able to be mounted thereon; a second mounting block configured such that a movable mold facing the fixed mold is able to be mounted thereon, provided with a first through hole through which a first diver is inserted, and configured to move back and forth with respect to the first mounting block along the first diver; and an injection unit configured to inject a molten material into a cavity defined by the fixed mold and the movable mold. In a state where the movable mold is mounted on the second mounting block, the second mounting block includes, between the movable mold and the first through hole, a heat conduction prevention portion configured to prevent conduction of heat from the movable mold.
REMOTE DIAGNOSTIC SYSTEM
In the present invention, constructed is a highly reliable system that does not allow unforeseen conditions to occur in the remote diagnosis of a clamp device. All combinations of status of a state detection switch mounted on a clamp device are anticipated in advance by a recursive method, and the states are defined with no omissions. A control unit 9 includes: a main body memory 9c that stores the ON/OFF state of a state switch together with the status of an injection molding machine main body, the clamp status and time information; and a main body communication unit 9d which is capable of short-range wireless communication. A message diagnosing a failure is stored in a smartphone 12 for all combinations of the ON/OFF state of the state detection switch for each of the following cases: whether in mold replacement mode or not; and whether a clamp device is in a clamped state or an unclamped state, or in a state other than the forgoing. The history of the ON/OFF state of the state detection switch with respect to the status of the main body and the clamp status is read from the main body memory 9c by wireless communication, and a corresponding message is displayed.
Mold conveyance guide apparatus in injection molding machine
A mold conveyance guide apparatus includes: a linear guide that is attached along a conveyance direction of a mold to a mold attachment surface of at least one of a fixed platen or a movable platen to which the mold is fixed; a slider that is movably attached to the linear guide; and a coupling arm that is swingably attached to the slider in a direction coming closer to or separating from the mold attachment surface and is coupled to the mold in an engageable and disengageable manner.
MANUFACTURING METHOD AND INJECTION MOLDING SYSTEM
A method including a first step of performing clamping of a mold, injection and dwelling in an injection molding machine, a second step of performing a conveyance and a cooling of the mold outside of the machine, and a third step of performing a conveyance of the mold into the machine, an opening of the mold and an ejection of a molded part in the machine. The second step is performed for a first mold, the third step and the next first step are performed for a second mold. The first mold is conveyed by a first conveyance apparatus which is arranged on one lateral side of the machine. The second mold is conveyed by a second conveyance apparatus which is arranged on the other lateral side and is independently driven from the first conveyance apparatus.
Bearing system for molds and method for regulating the position of a moving part of a mold using said bearing system
The invention relates to a bearing system for molds, wherein the mold includes a fixed part and a moving part (2), the bearing system comprising a sliding mold carrier (3) provided with vertically movable support elements (5) for bearing the moving part (2) of the mold, wherein said support elements (5) are hydraulic support elements. The invention also relates to a method for regulating the position of a moving part (2) of a mold comprising the following steps: assembling the moving part (2) of the mold; vertically and sequentially moving the hydraulic support elements (5) until they detect a pre-determined pressure; and stopping the vertical movement of each hydraulic support element (5) when said pre-determined pressure is detected. The invention allows for comfortable and efficient regulation of the support points of the sliding mold carrier with the moving part of an injection mold.
