An injection molding machine includes: a mold clamping device including: a movable platen having a movable mold and a fixed platen having a fixed mold; and a toggle mechanism that moves the movable platen such that a mold device opens and closes, and disposes the movable platen in a mold clamping position; an injection device that injects molding material into cavity space between the movable mold in the mold clamping position and the fixed mold; and a control device that controls the mold clamping and injection devices. A cleaning process is performed, while the movable platen is at a burr-forming position and farther away from the fixed mold than at the mold clamping position, and the injection device injects the molding material into the mold device to mold an article with burrs. A toggle factor at the burr-forming position is a magnification factor of 1 or greater.

To achieve the object, the present disclosure is a resin composition for cleaning molding machines including a thermoplastic resin (A), a synthetic wax (B), and a polyolefin-based resin (C), wherein an absolute value of a difference between solubility parameters of (A) and (B) is 2.0 (cal/cm.sup.3).sup.1/2 or more and 7.0 (cal/cm.sup.3).sup.1/2 or less, a compounding amount of (C) is more than 0.1 mass % and less than 10 mass %, and a glass transition temperature of (C) is higher than 150 C. and lower than 40 C.

The fluid supply unit includes an injection outlet coupled to the mixing unit, a compressor configured to generate the blowing agent, an injection valve disposed between the injection outlet and the compressor and configured to receive the blowing agent from the compressor through a first passage, and a cleaning mechanism configured to clean the injection valve. The cleaning mechanism includes a control valve coupled to the compressor through a second passage and coupled to the injection valve through a third passage connected to the first passage, and an actuating device configured to actuate the control valve. The blowing agent is flowable to the injection valve through the control valve.

An injection molding tool for producing at least one molded part in a mold cavity, the injection molding tool having at least two tool elements which are movable relative to one another between an open position and a closed position and which are in contact with one another so as to form at least one vent gap. In the closed position the mold cavity is enclosed at least in sections by the at least two tool elements and the vent gap is connected to the mold cavity in such a way and has a cross section such that the vent gap permits venting of the mold cavity and prevents escape of a plasticized melt from the mold cavity. In the open position a molded part produced in the mold cavity can be removed from the injection molding tool. Also included is a method for cleaning an injection molding tool of the aforementioned type.
