A method for manufacturing a molded part with an injection molding machine and a conveying apparatus while changing between multiple molds, the method including conveying a first mold to a molding operation position in the injection molding machine, securing the first mold at the molding operation position with a platen, fixing the platen to the first mold, opening the first mold, ejecting a molded part from the first mold, placing the first mold into a state where the first mold is slightly opened, injecting a molding material into the first mold, applying pressure to the first mold by closing the slight opening of the first mold, releasing the platen from the first mold, conveying the first mold from the molding operation position to the conveying apparatus, and cooling the first mold on the conveying apparatus.
MOLD CLAMPING DEVICE AND INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE
There are provided a mold clamping device and an injection molding machine including a guide mechanism which reliably prevents falling of a movable platen. The mold clamping device includes: a fixed platen fixed to a bed; a mold clamping housing configured to be slidable on the bed; a movable platen configured to be slidable on the bed between the fixed platen and the mold clamping housing; a plurality of tie-bars connecting the fixed platen and the mold clamping housing and penetrating the movable platen; a mold clamping mechanism provided between the mold clamping housing and the movable platen; a linear guide provided with the movable platen and configured to slide with respect to the bed; and a tie-bar guide bush provided with the movable platen and configured to slide with respect to the tie-bar.
Method and Process to Produce a Medical Device
The inventive method for manufacturing a medical device having a shuttle mold system mounted in a vertical injection molding machine, the shuttle mold system having a top section and two bottom sections, with the two bottom sections mounted 180 degrees from each other on a rotating table and the top section mounted in a fixed position above the rotating table, and where after molding, the table rotates 180 degrees for removal of parts and inserting fixtures for the next device manufacture cycle.
Injection mold
An injection mold, in particular for encapsulating rotors of electric machines, has a mold, wherein the mold has an arrangement of mold segments. The arrangement forms, along a longitudinal axis, a cavity for a component to be arranged. An exchange unit is provided, which is designed to remove at least one mold segment from and/or insert at least one mold segment into the arrangement, with the result that a size of the cavity can be changed.

CONNECTION FOR DIFFERENT STRUCTURES THAT SLIDE TOGETHER
A moving system for structures includes a linking unit located between first and second structures that can move in a first direction. A drive unit is connected to the first structure, and the first and second structures are connected. The second structure moves along the first direction when the drive unit moves the first structure along the first direction. The linking unit has a first part located on the side of the first structure and a second part located on the side of the second structure. The first and second parts line up along the first direction. The first part can shift toward the second part in a second direction different from the first direction without moving along the first direction, and the second part can shift toward the first part in the second direction without moving along the first direction.
