Provided is an injection molding machine management system that includes an injection molding machine and manages one or a plurality of injection molding units that produce a molded article. The injection molding machine management system includes a display unit configured to display a display screen on which operation information on an operation status of the injection molding unit and at least one of container shortage information on a shortage of a container that accommodates the molded article and material shortage information on a shortage of a material for molding the molded article are displayed on an injection molding unit basis. The container shortage information is displayed on the display screen in association with the operation information when the container is insufficient in the injection molding unit, and the material shortage information is displayed on the display screen in association with the operation information when the material is insufficient in the injection molding unit.

A protective cover for a plasticising cylinder of a shaping machinehas an elongate internal space which is enclosed by at least one wall and in which the plasticising cylinder can be arranged. A terminal box for heating strips arranged on the plasticising cylinder projects into the internal space, and one of the walls of the protective cover has an opening which is closed by an openable cover member. Provided is a molding machine management system that manages production of a plurality of molding machines, including: a display unit configured to display a production performance and a planned production status in association with a time axis for each molding machine, and, when the molding machine management system receives an abnormality of a molding machine, to display the abnormality of the molding machine in association with the time axis for each molding machine. The molding machine management system configured as described above can appropriately manage each molding machine.

In order to provide an injection molding management device whereby necessary information can be easily displayed, the injection molding management device according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a production information collection unit for collecting production information from each of a plurality of injection molding machines; a subject information extraction unit for extracting subject information selected from the production information; an information display unit for displaying the subject information in a prescribed display mode; and a selection display unit for displaying a plurality of operation images, each of which indicates a combination of the object information and the display mode, such that the operation images can be selected.
