An injection molding tool includes a \ primary mold cavity forming a handle sleeve having an inner circumference with an integral transition section attached thereto, and transitioning into a shaft protruding from the handle sleeve. The handle sleeve in an area between the attachment of the transition section and a free end facing the free end of the shaft has a skirt with an internally formed fastener for securing the handle sleeve to a container. The injection molding tool has an ejector-side insert and a nozzle-side insert removable for demolding purposes. The nozzle-side insert provides the part of the main mold cavity that molds the outer circumference of the handle sleeve, and the ejector-side insert.

Mold

A mold includes a core in which a molded product is formed, the core comprises a cored body and a sliding core on the core body, separable from the core body in a first direction with respect to the core body, and an ejector to press the sliding core in the first direction to separate the molded product formed in the core from the core. The ejector includes a driver positioned below the core and movable toward a lower surface of the core in the first direction or away from the lower surface of the core in a direction opposite to the first direction, and a rod movable in the first direction to press the sliding core to be separated from the driver or movable in the direction opposite to the first direction to couple the sliding core with the driver, and the rod is movable further in the first direction than the driver.

The present invention utilizes a keeper that is positioned on the upper surface of the block utilized in the injection molding process. The keeper is removably secured to the block and the keeper has a projection that engages a notch positioned on the outer circumference of a bushing. The keeper and bushing are designed so that they can be positioned and removed from the block as a single assembly. Appropriate securing devices engage the keeper to secure the keeper and bushing to the block.

An injection molding machine includes: a mold for molding a molten resin; an injection unit including an injection port through which the molten resin is injected; and a connection member having a pipe shape that is disposed between the mold and the injection port, and through which the molten resin injected from the injection port is input from one end and output from the other end to the mold, in which, when the injection unit slightly moves in a direction away from the mold, a gap with which the connection member is detachable is formed between the injection unit and the mold.

INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE

An injection device of an injection molding machine includes an injection cylinder, a plunger, and a seal cylinder. The seal cylinder has a seal surface facing the plunger, a front surface forming a front surface flow path, and an outer side surface forming a side surface flow path. Between the injection cylinder and a side surface of the plunger, a first clearance is provided which is a gap that allows a molding material to flow through. Between the seal surface and the side surface of the plunger, a second clearance is provided which is a gap smaller than the first clearance and is reducible by a pressure of the molding material generated during dwelling.
