Tillage implement with intra-wing gang offset

A tillage implement has a main frame, a hinged wing and a plurality of gangs each having tools along its length. The plurality of gangs includes a main frame gang mounted to the main frame and inner and outer wing gangs mounted to the wing. The inner and outer wing gangs have inner ends that are forward or rearward with respect to the direction of travel of outer ends, and the lengths of the inner and outer wing gangs are offset from each other in the direction of travel.

A tillage element of a tillage tool, comprising a first member being a plurality of circumferentially spaced radially extending finger elements, the tillage element further comprising a second member being a means for securing the first member to an elongate member, such that the circumferentially spaced radially extending finger elements are secured in relation to and around the elongate member.

DRUM STYLE ROTARY TILLER

A rotary tiller comprises a frame, a cylindrical drum rotatable relative to the frame, a plurality of tines extending from the cylindrical drum, a motor at least partially disposed within the cylindrical drum, wherein the motor is configured to rotate a motor output member, and a transmission at least partially disposed within the cylindrical drum and configured to engage the motor output member. The transmission is operable to drive rotational movement of the cylindrical drum.

Row digger

The Row Digger provides a tool that enables an operator of the Row Digger to remove dirt piles interfering with irrigation between crop field furrows and irrigation trenches. The Row Digger includes a frame capable of moving from a transportation position to an operation position. The Row Digger also includes a plurality of digger arms extending from a central hub and each terminating in a corresponding digging disc. The central hub is connected to the frame at a hub angle and is capable of rotation about a hub axis. Each digging disc is also connected to the corresponding digger arm at a disc angle. Each digging disc enters a crop furrow and utilizes the slopes of the ridges to create the rotation required about the hub axis and ensure a path of travel for the digging discs that removes the impeding dirt piles.

WEAR RESISTANT DISK BLADE AND AGRICULTURAL MACHINE WITH WEAR RESISTANT DISK BLADE

A disk blade having a circular blade body of a first base material of a first hardness and having top and a bottom surfaces and an outer edge extending around the blade body. At least one clad bead extends circumferentially about the blade body on the bottom surface adjacent the outer edge of a second hardness greater than the first hardness of the base material. Various bead patterns are possible.

An agricultural row unit for use with a towing frame hitched to a tractor includes an attachment frame adapted to be rigidly connected to the towing frame, a linkage pivotably coupled to the attachment frame, and a row unit frame having a leading end pivotably coupled to the linkage to permit vertical pivoting movement of the row unit frame relative to the attachment frame. A hydraulic cylinder coupled to the attachment frame and the linkage, for urging the row unit frame downwardly toward the soil, includes a movable ram extending into the cylinder, and a hydraulic-fluid cavity within the cylinder for receiving pressurized hydraulic fluid for advancing the ram in a direction that pivots the linkage and the row unit frame downwardly toward the soil. An accumulator positioned adjacent to the hydraulic cylinder has a fluid chamber containing a diaphragm, with the portion of the chamber on one side of the diaphragm being connected to the hydraulic-fluid cavity in the hydraulic cylinder, and the portion of the chamber on the other side of the diaphragm containing a pressurized gas.

REAR TINE TILLER

A tiller including a walking element configured to move the tiller, a tine rotatable about a rotational axis; a first motor configured to drive the walking clement to move the tiller, and a counterweight, wherein the tine is disposed on a first side of the tiller and wherein the counterweight is disposed on a second side of the tiller opposite the first side.

Vertical tine tiller
