BLOW MOULDED CONTAINER AND MANUFACTURE THEREOF
A method of forming a blow moulded container in the form of a tub, the method comprising the steps of: providing an injection moulded preform composed of a biaxially-orientable thermoplastic material, the preform being substantially planar; heating the preform; and stretch blow moulding the heated preform within a mould cavity to form a tub having a bottom wall and an annular sidewall having an upper edge, the tub comprising biaxially oriented thermoplastic material in the annular sidewall and at least an outer portion of the bottom wall, the stretch blow moulding step using at least one stretch rod to engage an inner side of the preform and axially to stretch at least a part of the preform prior to blowing a pressurized gas against the inner side which urges the opposite side of the preform radially outwardly against the mould.
Method and Device for the Extrusion and Labeling of a Packaging Tube
The invention relates to a method for the extrusion and labelling of a packaging tube (14), comprising the following successive steps performed on an extrusion-labelling line, namely: a) forming a partially or fully tubular label (17) from a film (12); b) introducing the label (17) into a calibration element (22); c) extruding a tubular body (13) on the side of the concave surface of the label (17); d) bringing the external surface of the tubular body (13) into contact with the concave surface of the label (17), step (c) being performed in the calibration element (22). The invention also relates to an extrusion-labelling device and a packaging tube.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR MOLDING AND COATING A CONTAINER COMPRISING FIBERS
The disclosure relates to a method for molding and coating a container comprising fibers, in particular pulp, wherein the method comprises: molding a container comprising fibers, in particular pulp, which container comprises an opening, wherein the container is provided in a mold and in particular is molded around a coating bladder, or molding container elements comprising fibers, in particular pulp, which container elements comprise an opening, wherein the container elements are provided in a mold and in particular are molded around a coating bladder; molding the coating bladder, which is arranged at least temporarily and/or partially in the container or the container elements; applying a pressure medium from a pressure source to the coating bladder to expand it, so that the coating bladder is at least partially applied to an inner wall of the container or the container elements.
LABELED CONTAINER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
The method for manufacturing a labeled container includes disposing an in-mold label, including the following (a) or (b), heating a preform, inserting the preform into a mold, and blow molding by expanding the preform to form a labeled container. (a) Making the one direction substantially coincide with a horizontal direction when the size of the labeled container with respect to the size of the preform is 2 times or more in a horizontal direction and 1 time or more and 2 times or less in a depth direction. (b) Making the one direction substantially coincide with a perpendicular direction when the size of the labeled container with respect to the size of the preform is 1 time or more and less than 2 times or more in a horizontal direction and 1 time or more and 2 times or less in a depth direction.
In-Mold Labeling Process for Attaching Planar Flexible Label to Curved Surface of Container
An in-mold labeling process attaches a planar flexible label to a three-dimensional curved surface of a container. The planar label is punched from a planar flexible base material according to a preset shape, which is a planar shape formed by unfolding the three-dimensional face of the container. During molding, air pressure keeps the planar label at a pre-labeling position and deforms the label along an inner wall of a cavity to maintain adhesion, so that the planar label is converted into a three-dimensional label. Based on the characteristics of the flexible material, the label deforms along the inner wall of the cavity while maintaining the outer contour of the label flush with the periphery of the pre-labeling position. The process allows the label and container to be integrally molded, ensuring the stability of adhesion and providing better wear resistance and protection.
Valve device and blow molding system
Disclosed are a valve device and a blow molding system. The valve device is used in a blow mold and one or two decorative labels for affixing to a bottle body are placed in the blow mold. The valve device comprises a base and at least one pin arranged on the base, wherein the pin is inserted into a vacuum suction hole of the blow mold. The valve device opens the vacuum suction holes to create negative pressure and enable a decorative label to be adsorbed to the inner wall of the blow mold, and blocks the vacuum suction holes to achieve detachment between the decorative label and the inner wall of the blow mold, thereby adhering the decorative label to the bottle body to complete the production.
