Process and machinery for integration of discrete parts into composite containers
A process of manual, semi-automatic and fully-automated integration of discrete components into a container that results in fast, reliable, cost-effective, and scalable production of composite containers is disclosed. The process can be embodied in manufacturing equipment that has a series of stations and may be called an assembly device. The equipment can produce containers, tubs, canisters, cartridges, etc. which are easily separated into different bio-degradable or compostable parts. Other container types are possible and are contemplated.
METHOD OF PRODUCING ATTACHABLE CONTAINERS AND CONTAINERS SO PRODUCED
The present invention relates to a method of producing a plastic container (24) comprising the steps of producing a base element (21), parison or preform, inserting magnets (44) in a cavity (52) of an open blow-moulding die (54), inserting the base element in the open blow-moulding die, and closing the die and introducing air into the base element for forming the container in the die, whereby the magnets are integrated in, and are attached to, the formed container. The present invention also relates to a container produced by the method.
PACKAGE EMBODIMENT COMPRISING A RFID/NFC LABEL
A packaging embodiment with a RFID/NFC label containing various information about the product (production place, production date, logistics history, departure date from the dealer etc.). Whereon the end user sees the information by placing a RFID/NFC label between a IML/BML label in any package (can, plastic can, cap, bucket, bottle etc.) where the IML (In mould Labelling) and the BML (Blow Moulding Labelling) labels contain the package container, in-moulding label, and RFID/NFC label.
LABELED CONTAINER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
The method for manufacturing a labeled container includes disposing an in-mold label, including the following (a) or (b), heating a preform, inserting the preform into a mold, and blow molding by expanding the preform to form a labeled container. (a) Making the one direction substantially coincide with a horizontal direction when the size of the labeled container with respect to the size of the preform is 2 times or more in a horizontal direction and 1 time or more and 2 times or less in a depth direction. (b) Making the one direction substantially coincide with a perpendicular direction when the size of the labeled container with respect to the size of the preform is 1 time or more and less than 2 times or more in a horizontal direction and 1 time or more and 2 times or less in a depth direction.
