CARBONATED DRINK FILLING METHOD AND CARBONATED DRINK FILLING SYSTEM

In a carbonated drink filling method, a preform is continuously transferred and introduced into a heating furnace, heated to a temperature for molding the preform into a container, molded into the container in a molding die after the preform exits the heating furnace, conveyed in an upright position during which a coolant (F) is injected to a bottom of the container to cool the bottom. The container is filled with a carbonated drink (a) through a mouth portion of the container, and the mouth portion is then sealed. The coolant is injected in the cooling to the bottom of the container from a nozzle opening on either or both sides of a conveyance line of the container, and the nozzle opening is directed diagonally upward to the bottom of the container in such a manner that an extension of the nozzle opening intersects with the conveyance line of the container.

An aseptic filling machine capable of performing molding and filling at the same time that has a compact facility size, requires a reduced initial investment, requires a reduced running cost because of its simplified process, and ensures an aseptic condition with reliability, and an aseptic filling method therefor. An aseptic filling machine includes a pre-heating sterilizing portion that sterilizes a preform, a heating portion that heats the sterilized preform, a molding and filling portion that fills the heated preform with a sterilized content under high pressure, thereby molding the preform into a bottle and at the same time filling the preform with the content, and a sealing portion that seals the bottle filled with the content. Before the aseptic filling machine starts operating, each portion is sterilized. During operation of the aseptic filling machine, aseptic air is supplied to each portion to maintain the aseptic condition.

SNAPPING FRAME FOR PRESSURIZED CONTAINERS
20220048687 · 2022-02-17 ·

A plastic container for storing a product. The container includes a base formed of a plastic material and sidewalls formed of the plastic material and extending upwardly from the base, ending in an open top adapted to be closed by a cap, and with the base defining an interior volume. The container also includes a snapping frame integrally formed in the base of the plastic material. The frame has a convex base shape before activation when the pressure in the interior volume is less than or equal to a predetermined critical pressure and has a concave base shape immediately after activation when the pressure in the interior volume is greater than the predetermined critical pressure, thereby increasing the interior volume and avoiding catastrophic failure of the container. Also disclosed are a method of using the container and a process of manufacturing the container.

METHOD AND EQUIPMENT FOR PRODUCTION OF A PINCH LINE FREE LINER

Method of blow moulding a container from a hollow, elongated parison of a thermoplastic material, wherein the method comprises: -arranging the parison in a closed moulding equipment comprising a moulding cavity and at least one aperture, wherein the at least one aperture provides an opening into the moulding cavity from outside the closed moulding equipment, wherein the circumference of the at least one aperture is larger than or equal to a circumference of the parison, such that a first section of the parison is arranged inside the moulding cavity, a second section of the parison is arranged within the at least one aperture and a third section of the parison is arranged outside the closed moulding equipment, -closing a shutter system around the third section of the parison, thereby pinching the parison and providing a closed volume inside the first and second sections of the parison, -arranging a blow conduit in fluid communication with the closed volume inside the second section of the parison, -blowing pressurised gas from the blow conduit into the first and the second section of the parison, thereby forming first and second blow moulded sections, wherein the first blow moulded section is the container, and -separating the second blow moulded section from the first blow moulded section, thereby providing an opening in the container.

Molded article and manufacturing method for same

The purpose of the present invention is to provide a molded article and a manufacturing method for a molded article by which it is possible to mitigate deformation of an opening. The present invention provides a molded article comprising a cylindrical base and an opening provided in the base, wherein a rib is provided adjacent to the opening. The present invention provides a manufacturing method for a molded article that includes a molded body formation step for forming a molded body having a cylindrical portion provided at one end thereof with an occlusion by molding a melted resin, and a cut-off step for cutting off the occlusion by cutting the cylindrical portion, wherein in the cut-off step, the cutting is performed in a state where a side wall of the cylindrical portion is warped in-plane by an external force.

PREFORM HAVING A VARIABLE THICKNESS AROUND A MAIN AXIS

Preform (1) made of a plastic material for the manufacturing of a container (2) by blow molding or stretch-blow molding, the preform (1) including a sidewall (20) extending along a main axis (Z), an open neck (4) and a substantially hemispherical closed bottom (21) having a thickness (T) which varies at least locally around the main axis (Z).

TAPE CARRIER ASSEMBLIES HAVING AN INTEGRATED ADHESIVE FILM

Introduced here are carrier tape assemblies that can improve efficiency and reduce costs when utilized in the handling, transport, or storage of semiconductor components. A carrier tape assembly can include an adhesive film affixed to an elongated and/or extruded carrier tape. For example, the adhesive film may be integrally laminated onto the top surface of the elongate carrier tape as a single continuous (i.e., unbroken) sheet. The adhesive film may substantially conform to the top surface of the elongate carrier tape, including any punched cavities for holding semiconductor components. Proper securement of the semiconductor components to the carrier tape assembly depends on the adhesive property of the constituent material(s) of the adhesive film.

Manufacturing method for double walled container

A manufacturing method of double walled container comprises preparing a parison having a rigid outer layer and a flexible inner layer, enclosing the parison within a mold including split mold halves, thereby forming a molded parison including a pre-blow cylindrical section, a pre-blow conical bottom section, a pre-blow bottom projection, and a lower parison excessive burr, blowing gas into an inside of the molded parison, thereby forming a blown parison including a cylindrical section and a bottom section, the bottom section including a bottom projection, and removing the lower parison excessive burr from the blown parison, wherein the flexible inner layer is fixed to the rigid outer layer in the bottom projection.

Laminated, blow-molded container and process for forming one or more air intake holes

Disclosed is a process for forming one or more air intake holes wherein the punch-cutter to be used has a cylindrical blade at the tip, and also has a hooking portion or portions, which is/are disposed on an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical blade and which performs a function of hooking into a portion of the outer layer that has come inside the cylindrical blade to prevent the cylindrical blade from slipping out of that portion of the outer layer at a time when the cylindrical blade is moved backward, the cylindrical blade is pressed forward until the blade edge comes to a position close to the outer layer, and at this position, the outer layer is not yet cut out completely, but there remains a circular uncut portion ahead of the blade edge, then, the cylindrical blade is moved backward.
