METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR MOLDING CONTROL

A plastic molding method comprises moving each part of a plurality of parts along a selected one of a plurality of possible paths through dispensing and molding stations of a molding system. A controller tracks an operating state of each station, selects process stations capable of receiving a part for processing; identifies parts capable of processing at the selected process stations, and assigns individual parts to individual process stations.

ASEPTIC FILLING METHOD AND ASEPTIC FILLING MACHINE

Even when the filling rate is high, the surface temperature of molded bottles is kept at a certain temperature or higher, and the bottles can be adequately sterilized with a sterilizer.

A preform is heated, the heated preform is sealed in a neck portion mold, a trunk portion mold and a bottom portion mold at a predetermined temperature range, and the preform sealed in the molds is blow-molded into a bottle. Any bottle is removed which has been molded in the neck portion mold, the trunk portion mold and the bottom portion mold the temperature of any of which is outside the predetermined temperature range, and a sterilizer is blasted to any bottle for sterilization which has been molded in the neck portion mold, the trunk portion mold and the bottom portion mold the temperature of all of which is in the predetermined temperature range.

Method and tool for manufacturing a plastic container, in particular a fuel container, by means of internal pressure forming

A method for manufacturing a plastic container by internal pressure forming including positioning a tubular preform between the die parts of a molding die having a die cavity; closing the molding die and forming or preforming a container from the preform using internal pressure, wherein a peripheral portion of the preform is pressed out of the die cavity through a die gap; laterally withdrawing the peripheral portion pressed out of the die cavity, as a result of which the container is divided into two container halves; and thermally separating plastic bridges and/or plastic threads which arise during the lateral withdrawal of the peripheral portion. Also disclosed is a molding die suitable for carrying out the method.
