SEAL PIN FOR CONTAINER FORMING AND FILLING
A seal pin assembly for a forming and filling head configured to inject a product into a thermoplastic preform for simultaneously forming a container from the thermoplastic preform and filling the container with the product. The seal pin assembly includes a seal pin movable within the forming and filling head towards and away from a nozzle of the forming and filling head. The nozzle is configured to cooperate with the thermoplastic preform. A vortex generating member is mounted to the seal pin and configured to convert a stream of the product into a vortex as the product flows across the vortex generating member and out through the nozzle.

NOZZLE FOR BLOW-MOLDING STEPPED FINISH PREFORM
A nozzle for a blow-molding process includes a first sealing portion, a second sealing portion, and a seal disposed around a circumference of the first sealing portion in the form of circular edge. A transition portion is positioned between the first sealing portion and the second sealing portion. The nozzle is configured such that upon engagement of the second sealing portion with the interior of a container preform having a longitudinal axis, the second sealing portion is positioned along the longitudinal axis at a different location than the first sealing portion.

Blowing cylinder
A blow cylinder and a method for actuating the same are provided. The blow cylinder includes a blow piston and a brake piston, wherein the brake piston is controlled independently of the actuation of the blow piston towards the extended position.

Blow molding device and method for manufacturing a container
Provided is a method for manufacturing a synthetic resin container, including: after the shaping of a container, drawing back a liquid inside the container to a pressurized liquid feeding unit side by a suckback mechanism disposed at a predetermined position in a feeding channel of the liquid from the pressurized liquid feeding unit to a mouth tube portion of a preform; closing the feeding channel by means of a valve mechanism disposed on the downstream side of the suckback mechanism; introducing a gas into the container so that the volume reduction deformation of the container resulting from the drawing back of the liquid is restored to its original shape; and adjusting a headspace inside the container with the amount of volume change associated with the volume reduction deformation.

Device for blow molding containers
A device for blow molding containers. Preheated preforms made of a thermoplastic material are transferred within a blow molding machine to a blowing device. In the region of the blowing device, the preforms are shaped into containers by the blow molding by a blowing pressure. In the region of the device for blow molding containers, a blowing nozzle seal is arranged, which is brought against a support ring of the preform. The blowing nozzle seal is formed by a sealing element and a support sleeve. The blowing nozzle seal is first mechanically preloaded in relation to the support ring after contact with the support ring and then is further loaded pneumatically. An accommodating space that surrounds the mouth section of the preform is thereby provided, which accommodating space has substantially the same pressure as the interior of the preform in order to avoid deformation of the mouth section.
