METHODS, ASSEMBLIES, SYSTEMS, AND INTERMEDIATE STAGE PRE-ASSEMBLY MULTI-CHAMBER CONTAINERS TO MAKE A MULTI-CHAMBER CONTAINER

Method to manufacture a container includes disposing a first parison within a first mold assembly having a first inner surface defining a first mold chamber. The first mold assembly includes at least one first insert disposed on the first inner surface within the first mold chamber. The first parison is blow molded to form a first container body within the first mold chamber, wherein at least one first portion of the first container body corresponding to the at least one first insert has a first portion temperature greater than a remaining portion of the first container body. The at least one first portion of the first container body can be contacted to at least one second portion of a second container body to attach the first and second container bodies. Assemblies, systems, and intermediate stage pre-assembly multi-chamber containers are also disclosed, as well as multi-chamber containers formed from the same.

Stretch-blown plastic container with a handle region made integral and method of production for the plastic container

A stretch-blown plastic container, includes a container body which encloses a filling volume with a container bottom; a container neck which adjoins an opposite end of the container body, having a container opening and an integrated handle region, the handle region being hollow and joined to the filling volume which is enclosed by the container body; and between the handle region and the container body, a through opening recessed and bordered over its entire periphery by wall parts of the container body and of the handle region which have been welded to one another.

Method for producing a bottle using a multifunctional detabber apparatus

A multifunctional detabber apparatus and method for producing bottles having a bottom surface with a hook projection integrally molded with and extending from the bottom surface in a deployed position. The bottom surface also includes at least one locking channel in order to receive and releasably secure the hook projection in a non-deployed position. The multifunctional detabber apparatus includes at least a grabber, a trimmer, and a hook closer. The grabber includes first and second jaws which surround the bottle and prevent movement. The trimmer includes first and second strikers for creating an outer periphery of the hook projection and an opening in the hook projection. The hook closer includes a mandrel that extends to bend and secure the hook projection in the locking channel in the bottom surface of the bottle.

SEPARATING SYSTEM FOR CONTAINERS
20170080626 · 2017-03-23 ·

A separating system for separating individual container products from a frame assembly of plastic material, particularly polypropylene, has at least one stamping device (36) that at least partially separates the respective container product from a frame waste. By the stamping device (36) including a free fall body (52) separating the respective frame waste from the associated container product from an initial position during free fall, the separation can be carried out with very high speed (free fall) and additional mechanical components for applying a constraint force on the stamping body during the creating of the separating line can be omitted.
