Traction Device for Curved Balloon Catheter and Traction Method
Provided is a traction device for curved balloon catheter, which is characterized by comprising: a catheter (5) with a handle (2) at one end, a locator (3) and a traction balloon (4) arranged outside the catheter (5), which one or more cavities are arranged in the catheter (5), the catheter part is provided with at least one hole, at least one cavity fills and discharges the traction balloon (4) with fluid through the hole, the traction balloon (4) bends to one side when filled with fluid, and the handle (2) can drive the catheter (5) and the traction balloon (4) to rotate, thus realizing a simple and reliable traction.
Variable length stent
A stent comprising a tubular member, a lumen extending through the tubular member, a first retention structure and a second retention structure at opposite ends of the tubular member. The first retention structure comprises multiple coils and a removable anti-coiling material over the multiple coils of the first retention structure to present the multiple coils as an elongated extension of the tubular member, whereupon removal of the removable anti-coiling material at least one of the multiple coils of the first retention structure is presented and any excess coils can be trimmed.
INSTRUMENT DELIVERY DEVICES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS TO EXTEND THROUGH A THROMBUS
A method may include coupling a first delivery device to a catheter assembly, which may include a catheter dwelling within vasculature of a patient. The first delivery device may include a first tubular instrument. In response to the first tubular instrument being in a distal position, a distal surface of the first tubular instrument may be disposed at a first distance beyond the distal tip of the catheter. The method may include coupling a second delivery device to the catheter assembly after uncoupling the first delivery device from the catheter assembly. The second delivery device may include a second tubular instrument. In response to the second tubular instrument being in the distal position, a distal surface of the second tubular instrument may be disposed at a second distance beyond the distal tip of the catheter. The second distance may be greater than the first distance.
BALLOON DILATION CATHETER SYSTEM FOR TREATMENT AND IRRIGATION OF THE SINUSES
A medical device for the treatment and irrigation of a sinus opening is described. The device allows for single-handed operation to access, dilate and irrigate a sinus opening. The device includes a sinus guide catheter, a guiding element, a balloon dilation catheter, a balloon catheter movement mechanism and a guiding element movement mechanism. A method for treating a sinus opening and irrigating a sinus is also described.
Devices and systems for navigation and positioning a central venous catheter within a patient
Devices and systems for navigation and positioning a central venous catheter within a patient. In an exemplary embodiment of a system of the present disclosure, the system comprises a first pole and a second pole, the first pole and the second pole configured to generate an electric field within a mammalian body sufficient to obtain a plurality of field measurements therein, and an elongated body configured for at least partial insertion into a blood vessel of the mammalian body and advancement through a vasculature, said advancement dependent upon the plurality of field measurements indicative of one or more locations of a portion of the elongated body within the vasculature. In at least one embodiment, the elongated body is configured as a stylet.
Burr hole cap assembly with therapy delivery member orientation feature
In some examples, a burr hole cap assembly includes one or more markers that indicate a rotational orientation of a therapy delivery member relative to the burr hole cap assembly, where the therapy delivery member extends through an opening defined by the burr hole cap assembly. In addition, in some examples, the burr hole cap assembly includes a feature that indicates the rotational orientation of the therapy delivery member after the therapy delivery member is implanted in the patient. The feature can include the one or more markers in some examples.
Trap balloon catheter with trap balloon retainer
Medical devices, medical device systems, and methods for using the same are disclosed. An example medical device system may include a guide catheter having a proximal end, a distal end, and a lumen extending therebetween. The guide catheter may be designed to guide a therapeutic catheter to a target site. A guidewire may be disposed within the lumen of the guide catheter. The system may also include a trap balloon catheter including a catheter shaft and a balloon coupled to the catheter shaft. The trap balloon catheter may be designed to extend through the lumen of the guide catheter to a position adjacent to the distal end of the guide catheter. A trap balloon retainer may be coupled to the catheter shaft. The trap balloon retainer may be designed to prevent a distal end of the trap balloon catheter from extending distally beyond the distal end of the guide catheter.
ARCHFLO MIDLINE CATHETER
A midline catheter is provided. The midline catheter includes a shaft defining a lumen, the shaft having a distal end and a proximal end. The distal end includes two or more opposing notches thereon, each of the notches having an open notch distal end and an opposing notch proximal end formed as an arch. The catheter may also include written indicia thereon to indicate that it is a midline catheter and/or is power injectable or non-power-injectable.
Methods and devices for transcarotid access
A micropuncture kit for direct access of a surgically exposed vessel using direct visual guidance includes a micropuncture access needle having a proximal hub coupled to an elongate shaft defining an inner lumen and a visible depth indicator positioned on the elongate shaft a distance away from a distal tip of the elongate shaft. The kit includes an access guidewire sized to be received through the inner lumen of the micropuncture access needle and a microaccess cannula having an elongate body defining an inner lumen and a plurality of visible depth indicators formed on the elongate body. The guidewire includes a distal tip and at least one visible depth indicator positioned on the access guidewire a distance away from the distal tip of the guidewire. Each of the plurality of visible depth indicators identifies a distance from a distal tip of the cannula. Related systems, devices and methods are provided.
