Pivotable Flipper for Thermoforming Apparatus for Forming Undercuts in Packaging
A flipper assembly that can be used with a package-producing mold, for instance, a mold that is used during thermoforming procedures. The flipper assembly includes a base mounted to the mold, a flipper arm pivotably connected to the base between a first position where the arm is substantially perpendicular to the height of the base and a second position where the arm is substantially parallel to the height of the base, and a spring mounted to the base and the flipper arm. During the thermoforming process, the flipper arm forms an undercut of finger into the package, which improves the stability and strength of the package. The flipper arm is moved between first and second positions based on linear extension and retraction of the spring.

An apparatus for thermoforming plastic containers comprising a thermoforming device (3) in turn comprising a shaped mould (4) and a closing element (5) movable relative to one another at least between a home position and a forming position, and an extracting device (9) for extracting the thermoformed container (2) from the shaped mould (4), the extracting device comprising at least one gripper element (68) shiftable between a pickup position and a releasing position; in which when the shaped mould (4) and the closing element (5) are in an extracting position, the gripper element (68) in the pickup position can grip a projecting edge (66) of a projecting flange (71) of the container (2) for retaining it, whilst when the gripper element (68) is in the releasing position it can release a thermoformed container (2), retained by it, onto a conveying device (69); and in which the gripper element (68) and the shaped mould (4) are also movable relative to each other, starting from the position in which the gripper element (68) has gripped the edge (66) of the container (2), along an extracting line, for causing the container (2) to come out of the shaped mould (4).

Modular thermoforming system
A thermoforming system and related methods for manufacturing thermoplastic parts, such as interior panels for aircraft, may include a roll-to-roll operation and a forming press having at least one selectively rotatable tool. The rotatable tool, which may include a mold and/or a die, may be multifaceted, such that different faces of the tool have different mold arrangements for different forming characteristics.

THERMOFORMING METHOD AND THERMOFORMING APPARATUS
Provided is a method of thermoforming a molding material to have a bent portion and a flat portion extending from the bent portion. The method includes: placing the molding material on a bending mold, the bending mold having a curved surface; and forming the bent portion of the molding material by heating a portion of the molding material at least to a fluidization temperature such that the portion of the molding material bends due to the weight of the flat portion of the molding material to form the bent portion according to a shape of the bending mold.

The present invention relates to the field of printed circuit board technologies. A printed circuit board with good heat dissipation performance is provided in embodiments and includes a substrate serving as a board body of the printed circuit board, a heating component embedded in the substrate, and a cooling liquid channel disposed in the substrate. The cooling liquid channel is disposed in the printed circuit board, and passes around the heating component to exchange heat with the heating component, so that a heat dissipation path is shortened and heat dissipation efficiency is improved, thereby quickening heat dissipation of the printed circuit board, and prolonging a service life of the printed circuit board.
