The manufacturing method comprises steps of: injecting a thermoplastic plastic mesh material, the plastic mesh material having an injection temperature; directly reducing a temperature of the plastic mesh material from the injection temperature to a moldable temperature; and pressing the plastic mesh material with the moldable temperature to cause the plastic mesh material with the moldable temperature to form creases. The invention is capable of reducing manufacturing procedures and time by directly adjusting the injected plastic mesh material to the moldable temperature and pressing to form creases without requiring heating equipment, and the moldable temperature of the overall plastic mesh material is uniformly set to be capable of improving an effect of forming corrugated structure for the mesh material.

A seamless convoluted hose assembly. The assembly includes: a tubular inner liner having an outer surface, an inner surface, and an inner liner wall therebetween which defines a passageway. The assembly further includes a helical coil or a plurality of annular loops which produce convolutions in the outer surface of the tubular liner when the tubular inner liner is forced through the helical coil or plurality of loops under heat and pressure.

Mold block return
A two stage mold block transfer station is used the exit of a moving mold tunnel to quickly move mold blocks to a clear position relative to the molded product. Once in the clear position the mold block is rotated and provided to a return drive moving the mold block back to the inlet of the moving mold tunnel. By moving the last mold block of the moving mold tunnel primarily away from the longitudinal axis of the mold tunnel less mold blocks are required. Various arrangements for moving of the mold blocks can be used achieve this advantage.
