Method for producing a component made of a fiber-reinforced plastic
A method for producing a structural component part (1) from a fiber-reinforced plastic according to a three-dimensional winding process. Threadlike or strand-shaped fiber material (12) supplied on at least one bobbin (18) is wound around at least one filament carrier (11) in at least one winding pattern by at least one computer-controlled winding device (10). The fiber material (12) is laid down on the filament carrier (11) with a filament tensile force (F.sub.ZN) that is preadjusted by a control device (14). The filament tensile force (F.sub.Zist) is controlled depending on location and/or depending on path in order to take into account specific lay-down locations (29) on the filament carrier (11) in which a lay-down path (28) predefined by the winding pattern is departed from owing to the local geometry at preadjusted filament tensile force (F.sub.ZN).
Method for creating furniture components from composites
Filament winding or another technique can be used to create composite parts having various layers of pigmented fibers. The composite parts can then be milled to form one or more flat surfaces on the composite part. Due to the layering of pigmented fibers, the flat surfaces can have a pattern that resembles wood grain or another pattern. These milled composite parts can then be used as components for furniture or other items.
LOOP TIE FOR CONCRETE FORM PANEL SYSTEMS
A tie rod suitable for use with known concrete forming systems is constructed from a non-metal fiber, such as fiberglass, that is wound about a pair of opposed thimbles. The resultant tie rod is as strong as a metal tie rod without the drawbacks of conventional metal tie rods. Each of the thimbles has a main body with a channel formed in an outer surface of the main body. The continuous fiber is disposed within the channel when wound thereabout. The continuous fiber is wound to have a depth greater than the thimble in the direction perpendicular to a plane of the thimble.
TPU ball structure and manufacturing method thereof
The present disclosure is relates to a TPU ball structure and a manufacturing method thereof. The TPU ball structure includes a ball bladder layer, a yarn layer and a surface layer. The ball bladder layer is made of TPU material. The yarn layer is made of TPU material, and the yarn layer is disposed to cover the ball bladder layer. The surface layer is made of TPU material, and the surface layer is disposed to cover the yarn layer. The above layers of the TPU ball structure are made of TPU material to satisfy a requirement for environmental protection, and are recyclable. There is no need to use adhesive to adhere the above layers of the TPU ball structure. Therefore, the peeling strength between the layers of the TPU ball structure can be increased so that the whole peeling strength of the TPU ball structure can be increased.
