Unpacking system for an object, in particular a pharmaceutical or cosmetic object, packed in an item of packaging, in particular a pouch
An unpacking system having a folding-out device for folding outwards an initially folded-in packaging portion of an item of packaging for an object, and having a stretching device for stretching an item of packaging for an object. The item of packaging herein is in particular a pouch, and the object is in particular a pharmaceutical or cosmetic object. The unpacking system furthermore has a transportation installation for transporting the object in a transportation direction. The packaging portion in the stretching device is stretched parallel with the transportation direction. A filling system is disclosed having such an unpacking system, and methods are disclosed for folding outwards, for stretching, and for unpacking.
MANUFACTURING METHOD AND MANUFACTURING APPARATUS FOR LAMINATE
In a manufacturing method, resin in a molten state which becomes a film raw material is caused to hang down from a discharge port of a discharger and the film-like film raw material is continuously discharged, a sheet is conveyed along a sheet pass line, a tip part of the film raw material is formed by cutting and removing an initially formed part of the initially formed film raw material, the tip part is overlapped on the sheet on the sheet pass line, the sheet and the film raw material in a mutually overlapping state are conveyed along the sheet pass line, and the sheet and the film raw material are introduced to a joining part from the sheet pass line.

BIAXIALLY ORIENTED POLYAMIDE FILM AND POLYAMIDE FILM MILL ROLL
To provide a gas barrier biaxially oriented polyamide film and a polyamide film mill roll, even as a product that is close to an end of a mill roll, having favorable mechanical characteristics, thermal characteristics, and few S-shape curling due to moisture absorption after being made into a bag. A biaxially oriented polyamide film having at least one layer formed of a polyamide resin containing not lower than 60% by mass of poly(m-xylylene adipamide), wherein a molecular orientation angle of the film is not smaller than 20°, a strain at moisture absorption of the film is not higher than 1.3%, an impact strength of the film is not lower than 0.7 J/15 μm, and a heat shrinkage rate, after heating for ten minutes at 160° C., of the film is 0.6 to 3.0% in both an MD direction and a TD direction.

METHOD AND SYSTEMS FOR APPLYING STRETCH FILMS/PLASTIC FILMS AT A CONTROLLED TEMPERATURE
A system for controlling the temperature of a film before and/or during application, the system including: a heat source for heating a film; and stretch rollers; wherein the heat source heats the film from an ambient temperature to a temperature from about 2° C. to about 40° C. above the ambient temperature, wherein the film is heated prior to or simultaneous to being stretched by the stretch rollers, and wherein the ambient temperature is below 15° C. The preheating system may be used to enhance binding and sealing properties of stretch films used for wrapping palletized products in a reduced temperature environment. Other embodiments of the preheating film system, and methods for its use, are described herein.

Apertured elastic film laminates
An elastic laminate is provided including at least one gathered outer facing layer of a fabric and an apertured elastic film attached thereto. The aperture film includes a series of alternating first and second segments that extend continuously along the direction of elasticity. The first segments of the film are substantially devoid of any apertures and the second segments are strewn with apertures of irregular size and shape. The regionally limited and irregular apertures are formed by the controlled rupturing of the film within those segments. The elastic laminate has excellent air-permeability and elastic properties.
Apparatus for preforming at least a portion of a material
Apparatus and methods of stretch-forming material are provided. In one example embodiment, a variable material stretch-forming apparatus comprises a stretch-forming assembly configured to stretch-form at least one section of a sheet of material to a longer length than at least one other section of the sheet of material before the sheet of material is applied to a tool.
