The top and the bottom fixing members are configured to respectively fix a top releasing film and a bottom releasing film respectively adhered on two opposite sides of a soft screen film. When the moving carriage is moved away from the top fixing member, the roller can gradually press the soft screen film onto the communication device.

The loading device includes an actuating member and a holding member to hold the foam seal. The driving device is configured to move the loading device between a loading position and an application position and further drive the actuating member and the holding member to rotate around an axis parallel to the first rod. The actuation member contacts the housing while rotating and the foam seal on the holding member contacts the part at the application position.

The bonding section bonds the label to the container blank in the bonding station.

The roller structure comprises a lower roller and an upper press roller; the rotary cylinder is used for rotating the upper base to change or fix the relative position of the upper base and the roller structure. The device has a simplified structure. The device and method are suitable for applying a film to 3D glass with two opposite curved edges due to convenient operations, high film-applying precision and efficiency.
