EYEWEAR LENS CREATION USING ADDITIVE TECHNIQUES WITH DIFFUSE LIGHT
Systems and methods for lens creations are disclosed. The method includes initiating light transmission from a light source through a diffuser into a container holding resin and a substrate. The light transmission is performed according to an irradiation pattern wherein each point in the resin is illuminated by at least 10% of the diffuser. This causes a lens to be formed. To achieve this illumination, at least 15% of the diffuser receives light from the light source. Further, a diameter of the diffuser is greater than or equal to a diameter of the substrate. The system performing the methods includes a polymerization apparatus and may include a resin conditioning and reservoir apparatus, a metrology unit, a resin drainage apparatus and an optional postcuring apparatus.
NETWORK ENABLED 3D PRINTING AND AUTOMATED PROCESSING TECHNIQUES FOR ORAL DEVICES
Network enabled 3D printing and automated processing techniques for oral devices are disclosed herein. An example technique includes receiving, via a network, a data file representative of a mouth of a user, and printing, by a 3D printer, a 3D oral device based on the data file. The example technique may further include automatically ejecting, from the 3D printer, the 3D oral device, and scanning the 3D oral device to generate a 3D scan file of the 3D oral device. The example technique may further include comparing the 3D scan file with the data file to determine at least one feature represented in the 3D scan file that exceeds a deviation threshold relative to a corresponding respective feature represented in the data file; and finishing, by a finishing module, the 3D oral device by smoothing the at least one feature on the 3D oral device.
Bio-Chips and Production Method Thereof
The present invention is related to a biochip and production method thereof. The biochip comprises a carrier, a cell or tissue culture area deposited on the carrier, and a sensor area deposited on the carrier adjacent and fluidly communicating with the cell or tissue culture area. A containing space is contained in the cell or tissue culture area comprising a simulated vascular channel, a cell or a tissue and a culture medium. At least one sensor fixation area is contained at the sensor area for placing a sensor element. The present invention can be a model for stimulating cancer of specific patient to realtimely reflecting the cancer formation, transferring status and treatment strategies. The biochip could also carry testing drugs to observe how the drugs functioning to the cells/tissue as to provide a more accurate instruction of the drugs. The present invention can perform multiple test just within on chip which can save cost and also provide a more accurate test model for the patient.

MULTI-STAGE WASH SYSTEM FOR VAT POLYMERIZATION-BASED 3D PRINTED PARTS
The invention is generally a system for drying, recycling, and washing off residual resin from three-dimensionally (3D) printed objects. Exemplary systems may include a system for washing off residual printing material from a surface of a 3D-printed. In an exemplary embodiment, a chamber is adapted to receive the 3D-printed object and a printing material disruption module is adapted to disrupt a composition of residual printing material on a surface of the 3D-printed object. Additionally, a washing force module may be adapted to apply a washing force field to the 3D-printed object and wash off the residual printing material.

Part manipulation using printed manipulation points
A manipulator device such as a robot arm that is capable of increasing manufacturing throughput for additively manufactured parts, and allows for the manipulation of parts that would be difficult or impossible for a human to move is described. The manipulator can grasp various permanent or temporary additively manufactured manipulation points on a part to enable repositioning or maneuvering of the part.
Method and apparatus for creating and sintering fine lines and patterns
The invention aims to provide a contactless method to create small conductive tracks on a substrate. To this end a method is provided for selective material deposition, comprising depositing a first material on a substrate; followed by solidifying the first material selectively in a first solidified pattern by one or more energy beams; and followed by propelling non-solidified material away from the substrate by a large area photonic exposure, controlled in timing, energy and intensity to leave the solidified first pattern of the first material.
