Method for conforming a display panel
A method and apparatus for conforming a display panel to a surface of an aircraft structure. The method positions the display panel within a resin barrier that is located on the surface such that a cavity is formed, places a film and the display panel together, and applies a force on the display panel that causes the display panel to conform to the surface of the aircraft structure. The display panel has a shape that changes to a first shape to match a second shape of the surface of the aircraft structure. The method also injects a resin into the cavity while the force is applied, and cures the resin in the cavity while the force is applied to form a cured resin. The cured resin holds the display panel in the first shape and attaches the display panel to the surface of the aircraft structure.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR WELDING THERMOPLASTIC COMPONENTS TO CREATE COMPOSITE STRUCTURE
A system and method for welding thermoplastic components by positioning and moving a heated plate between the components to melt their respective faying surfaces, and as the plate moves, pressing the components together so that the melted faying surfaces bond together as they cool and re-solidify, thereby creating a composite structure. The plate has a heated portion which is positioned between and heated to melt a portion of the first and second faying surfaces. A manipulator mechanism moves the plate along an interface from between the portion to between a series of subsequent portions of the first and second faying surfaces, thereby welding the thermoplastic components along the entire interface to create the composite structure. The heated portion may contact the faying surfaces and melt them through conduction, or may be suspended between them and melt them through radiation and convection.

FORMING-MATERIAL CONNECTING DEVICE AND FORMING APPARATUS
A forming-material connecting device includes a cutter that cuts a forming material constituted by plural continuous fiber bundles being impregnated with a resin material and supplied in a supply direction corresponding to an extending direction of the plural continuous fiber bundles. The cutter cuts at least a portion of the plural continuous fiber bundles. The forming-material connecting device also includes a joining portion joining portions of the forming material, which are cut by the cutter at a cutting point in the forming material, on a downstream and upstream side with respect to the cutting point in the supply direction by heating to join the resin materials of the portions of the forming material, or the joining portion joins a preceding forming material's trailing end portion and a leading end portion of a following forming material by heating to join resin materials of the preceding forming material and following forming material.
Fabrication of composite laminates using temporarily stitched preforms
A composite structure is fabricated using a preform comprising a stack of unidirectional prepreg plies that are stitched together. During curing of the prepreg, the stitches melt and dissolve.

APPARATUS AND METHODS FOR TRACKING ADMINISTERING OF MEDICATION BY MEDICATION INJECTION DEVICES
A medication injection device including a plunger, a temperature sensor, an antenna, and a controller is described herein. The plunger is configured to dispense medication. The temperature sensor is to measure a temperature representative of an ambient temperature of the medication injection device. The antenna is to pair the medication injection device with a remote device. The controller includes logic that when executed causes the medication injection device to perform operations, including placing the medication injection device into a low-power sleep mode, measuring the temperature with the temperature sensor at a regular interval while the medication injection in the low-power sleep mode, detecting a temperature change with the temperature sensor while in the low-power sleep mode, transitioning the medication injection device into an initialization mode in response, and pairing the medication injection device with the remote device using the antenna while in the initialization mode.
Cloth electronization product and method
Cloth electronic product, by which physiological information can be examined through cloth, includes a packaging cloth or a heat melt adhesive film as circuit, at least an electronic component, such as resistors, microprocessors and sensing assembly, etc., at least a transmission line to be connected with the conductive region of electronic component. Method of producing a cloth electronic product includes sewing the electronic component on packaging cloth or heat melt adhesive film after being connected with the transmission line, or connecting electronic component with the transmission line during the process of jointing of transmission or sewing of packaging cloth or heat melt adhesive film, and then sewing the packaging cloth on the clothing cloth or integrating the heat melt adhesive film into the packaging cloth or clothing cloth. Original structure of the heat melt adhesive film cannot be viewed and miniaturization effects can be produced.
