Parallel method for packaging electronic component and coating adhesive on carrier tape and mechanism for same
The present invention provides a parallel method for packaging an electronic component and coating an adhesive on a carrier tape and a mechanism for same, so as to regulate continuous output of an adhesive and intermittent movement in packaging work, so that during a short pause of placing an electronic component, a continuously output adhesive is prevented from being repeatedly applied at a fixed position of a carrier tape. In this way, excessive application of an adhesive can be avoided, and it can be further ensured that the quality of packaging is not affected by an excessive amount of an adhesive.
VIBRATION WELDING DEVICE
A vibration welding device includes a base plate, a vibrating body, and a plurality of position adjusting jigs. The vibrating body is capable of vibrating while holding an interior part which is an object to be welded. The base plate is disposed below the vibrating body. The base plate holds an instrument panel which is an object to be welded. The position adjusting jigs are connected to the vibrating body so as to be adjustable in position. The plurality of position adjusting jigs are disposed independently of each other.
Structural rework of cellular core panels
Methods for reworking structures and reworked cellular core panels, reworked structures comprising the reworked cellular core panels, and guides and cutting apparatuses for reworking cellular acoustic panels and reworking cellular acoustic and non-acoustic panels are disclosed.
Methods and apparatus for embedding a wire intermittently
A wire embedding system and methods are presented. A wire is embedded in a substrate at predetermined locations in a series of sequential embedding instances using heat and pressure. The heat and pressure are removed from the wire in between the series of sequential embedding instances.
WELDING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR WELDING AN OUTLET ELEMENT TO A PACKAGING MATERIAL
A welding device (10a; 10b) for welding an outlet element (12a; 12b) to a packaging material (14a; 14b) has at least one anvil (16a; 16b) comprising at least one receiving region (18a; 18b) for receiving the outlet element (12a; 12b) that is to be welded, has a holding element (20a; 20b) which the anvil (16a; 16b) is arranged on, and at least one welding die (22a; 22b), in particular a sonotrode, which is configured to interact with the anvil (16a; 16b) for a welding of the outlet element (12a; 12b) to the packaging material (14a; 14b), wherein the welding device (10a; 10b) comprises at least one support unit (24a; 24b) for supporting the anvil (16a; 16b), comprising at least one movably supported support element (26a; 26b), which is configured to exert a holding force onto the anvil (16a; 16b) in a welding operation state of the welding die (22a; 22b).
METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN ALVEOLAR SOUNDPROOFING STRUCTURE INCLUDING A DIAPHRAGM, AND ALVEOLAR SOUNDPROOFING STRUCTURE OBTAINED
A method for producing an alveolar soundproofing structure in which a portion of a membrane of a diaphragm including an acoustic outlet is inserted into a hole of a perforated membrane which covers a cell of the alveolar structure, and the diaphragm is pressed into the cell with the perforated membrane becoming deformed and is fixed at that location. It also relates to the alveolar structure. Such a method enables different types of diaphragms to be inserted into different configurations of cells and enables the diaphragm to be fixed therein, in accordance with the sound frequencies to be processed.
METHOD FOR PRODUCTION AND PROCESSING OF A FRAMED PROTON-CONDUCTING MEMBRANE
A method for production and processing of a framed proton-conducting membrane for a fuel cell, comprises: providing of the proton-conducting membrane and a frame comprising at least two media ports inserting the membrane into a recess of the frame, processing of at least one surface of the frame such that a first region exists with an increased force of adhesion for a joining by means of gluing, and at least one second region exists with a lesser force of adhesion than the increased force of adhesion.
Forming-material connecting device and forming apparatus
A forming-material connecting device includes a cutter that cuts a forming material constituted by plural continuous fiber bundles being impregnated with a resin material and supplied in a supply direction corresponding to an extending direction of the plural continuous fiber bundles. The cutter cuts at least a portion of the plural continuous fiber bundles. The forming-material connecting device also includes a joining portion joining portions of the forming material, which are cut by the cutter at a cutting point in the forming material, on a downstream and upstream side with respect to the cutting point in the supply direction by heating to join the resin materials of the portions of the forming material, or the joining portion joins a preceding forming material's trailing end portion and a leading end portion of a following forming material by heating to join resin materials of the preceding forming material and following forming material.
BODYWORK PART WITH INTEGRATED ANTI-PINCHING SYSTEM
A bodywork part for a motor vehicle is provided. The bodywork part includes a main body made from a plastic material and an anti-pinching system. The latter comprises a capacitive sensor comprising at least a first conductive wire integrated into the thickness of the main body by welding, said capacitive sensor being able to detect the presence of an object or a hand of a user in said peripheral zone.
Roller for applying a sheet or membrane to a generally vertical surface
A hand tool has a plurality of similarly or identically shaped rollers aligned end-to-end along an axle such that the outer surface of each respective roller moves about an axis define by the axle. The hand tool may be a roofing roller tool that enables an impermeable vapor membrane or sheet to be applied to a vertical wall extending upwardly from an outer perimeter of a roof. The tool may be manipulated by an elongated pole handle coupled to a roller head or roller head frame.
