A pair of heaters is disposed on the opposite side edge portions. The heaters have heating surfaces spaced from and opposed to each other and operative to preheat the side edge portions. A plurality of suction holes is formed in each of the heating surfaces. The side edge portions are attracted by the suction holes to be brought into contact with the heating surfaces.
