METHOD FOR CREATING A CONNECTION BETWEEN COMPONENTS CONSISTING OF DIFFERENT PLASTIC MATERIALS AND ASSOCIATED CONTAINER WITH POURING ATTACHMENT
A method for creating a connection between components of different plastics. A first section can consist of a first plastic whose main constituent is polarised plastic, and a second section can consist of a second plastic whose main constituent is non-polar plastic. The method includes creating the connection between the first section and the second section with help of beamed-in laser energy; subjecting the first section to incident laser energy, the first section being at least partly transparent with regard to the incident laser energy; and absorbing beamed-in laser energy at least partly in a joining region, in which the first and the second sections bear on one another in an overlapping manner amid action of force, to create a positive, unreleasable connection between the two components.
Method of joining resin tubes
An object of the present invention is to provide a method of joining resin tubes, in which the degree of freedom of selecting a tube material is large, and further a defect such as stiffness and contraction at joining portions of the tubes is not developed. The method of joining resin tubes according to the present invention is a method of joining resin tubes so that a first tube is joined to a second tube, the first tube and the second tube each being made of synthetic resin, the method comprising: a surface activation step of activating each of a joining region of the first tube and a joining region of the second tube; and an adhesion step of adhering the joining region of the first tube obtained via the surface activation step with the joining region of the second tube obtained via the surface activation step to each other.
Flexible container with fitment and process for producing same
A flexible container is provided. The flexible container includes four panels. The four panels form (i) a body portion; (ii) a neck portion, and a flare portion that extends from the neck portion; (iii) a tapered transition portion between the body portion and the neck portion; and (iv) the neck portion has a reduced width. The flare portion has an expanded end. The width of the flare portion gradually increases from the neck portion to the expanded end.
LASER WELDED BODY AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
Provided is a laser welded body which can be manufactured without undergoing complicated steps and maintain the characteristics of a resin contained in a resin member, which exhibits high welding strength even when scanned with a laser beam at a high speed, and which can be manufactured at high production efficiency.
The laser welded body 10 comprises a first resin member 1 which is a laser-irradiated subject which contains a thermoplastic resin and nigrosine sulfate and has an absorbance a.sub.1 of 0.09 to 0.9; and a second resin member 2 which contains a thermoplastic resin as the same kind as or different kind from the thermoplastic resin and a laser beam absorbent, and has an absorbance a.sub.2 of 3.0 to 15, wherein the first resin member 1 and the second resin member 2 are laser-welded at a part at which the both resin members are overlapped and/or butted.
Device and method for producing a reinforcing structure on the surface of a moulding
The present invention discloses a device for producing a reinforcing structure, which comprises a strip that is fiber-reinforced and comprises thermoplastic material, on the surface of a molding. The device is characterized in that a laser diode array is adapted for irradiating a radiation zone so as to bring about such an uneven intensity distribution on a heating-up area of a strip from which the reinforcing structure is formed that the radiation intensity on the heating-up area of the strip decreases at least in certain portions in a drawing direction R2.
Electronically commutated direct current motor with individual terminals and plastic parts
An electronically commutated direct current motor with a housing, a housing cover, a bearing shield, a rotor and a stator, wherein the rotor includes a shaft and a permanent magnet and the stator consists of single terminals, which are provided with terminal insulation. The direct current motor ensures a space-saving construction connection of motor components or components with the housing of the electronic commutated direct current motor, conforming to its class, wherein additional connections or sealing elements are not required, wherein a firm and sealed connection can be manufactured upon demand and an easy integration of other functions and interfaces is possible.
Laser welding apparatus and laser welding method
A laser welding apparatus is provides that includes: a support member including a heat generation portion which has a size that is limited to correspond to a size of a welding area of a plurality of plastic components and is made from a material that absorbs a laser beam and generates heat, and which generates heat of a temperature that is equal to or greater than a melting temperature of the plastic components; a laser beam irradiation unit for converging a laser beam to be transmitted through the plurality of plastic components, and irradiating the laser beam toward the heat generation portion through the plurality of plastic components; and a welding controller for causing a laser beam to be irradiated at the heat generation portion using the laser beam irradiation unit to thereby cause the heat generation portion to generate heat, and welding abutting faces of a welding area of the plurality of plastic components with heat that is generated.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A MOULDED PART ASSEMBLY AND CORRESPONDING PRODUCTION DEVICE
The application relates to a method for producing a moulded part assembly from a first plastic moulded part and a second plastic moulded part by means of laser welding, wherein the first plastic moulded part consists at least partially of a first material and the second plastic moulded part consists at least partially of a second material that can be welded to the first material, wherein a welding region of the second plastic moulded part is arranged in a stepped receiving means of the first plastic moulded part, or vice versa. According to the invention, during the laser welding, the first plastic moulded part and the second plastic moulded part are to be shifted onto one another in a shifting direction. The invention also relates to a production device for producing a moulded part assembly.
Device for producing a reinforcing structure on a molded body surface
The present invention relates to a device for producing a reinforcing structure, which comprises a fiber-reinforced strip having a thermoplastic material, onto a molded body surface. The device is characterized in that emission direction vectors of at least two laser diodes of a laser diode array are aligned in a non-parallel manner to one another and are directed toward one another in the direction of a heating surface of the strip and/or the molded body surface.
