REPAIR ASSEMBLY FOR AIRCRAFT STATIC PRESSURE PORT
A method for repairing a damaged aircraft fuselage outer skin part, the damaged skin part comprising a static pressure port around which is arranged a stopper fastened to a structure of the fuselage at which a pipe of the static pressure port opens, the method including removing the stopper from the static port, fitting a patch including an opening for housing the stopper, and re-fitting the stopper on an adjustable-thickness spacer. A repair assembly configured to apply the repair method is also provided. Advantageously, it is thus possible to recreate an aerodynamic profile in accordance with the requirements for taking static pressure of the aircraft, with a reduced down-time of the aircraft.

TRANSPARENCY REPAIR SYSTEM
The present invention provides a composition as well as a method for repairing deep scratches, gouges, etc. and which is particularly useful for aircraft and aerospace transparency repair. The composition is a blend of a polishable two-part, solvent-free, polyurethane coating composition for repairing the transparencies and which, after application, cures to a thermoset polyurethane. An optical grid is emplaced over the area to be repaired prior to applying the blend.
TIRE REPAIR KIT SYSTEM AND METHOD
A method for repairing a tire is provided that includes: (a) providing a reamer, a knife, an insertion tool forming a receiving opening, a plugging strip, and vulcanizing fluid; (b) inserting the reamer into a puncture hole of a tire to clear debris; (c) applying the vulcanizing fluid; (d) inserting the plugging strip into the insertion tool; (e) inserting the insertion tool with the plugging strip into the puncture hole to cause the plugging strip to fold into the puncture hole mixed with the vulcanizing fluid to bond the plugging strip and the tire; (f) removing the insertion tool from the puncture hole causing a middle portion of the plugging strip to fold internally forming a four-layer seal within the puncture hole; and (g) cutting the plugging strip from the insertion tool and the excess portions of the plugging strip with the knife.
