MANUFACTURING PROCESS FOR MAKING TOY FIGURE CLOTHING
A method of manufacturing a garment includes forming a multilayer composition having one or more design elements. The multilayer composition is formed by applying a material that includes the one or more design elements to an elastomeric polymer base layer. The method further includes heating the multilayer composition, and after the multilayer composition has been heated, then aligning each design element with a respective three-dimensional design feature of a three-dimensional mold, and pressing the heated multilayer composition into the three-dimensional mold. The method further includes cooling the pressed heated multilayer composition to form a three-dimensional molded multilayer composition that includes one or more three-dimensional design elements; and forming a three-dimensional garment from the three-dimensional molded multi-layer composition.
Systems And Methods For Sealing A Bond Cavity Between Structural Components
In an example, a method of sealing a bond cavity is described. The method comprises placing an adhesive around a perimeter of a first structure to be joined to a second structure. The method also comprises positioning the first structure relative to the second structure such that the adhesive is disposed between the first structure and the second structure. The method also comprises merging the first structure and the second structure until the first structure and the second structure are separated by a desired gap for bonding. The method also comprises heating the perimeter to at least partially cure the adhesive to form a leak-proof bond cavity perimeter between the first structure and the second structure.
Surface protection method and surface decoration method for body to be coated
[Problem] To suppress changes in the recess depth and shape of a three-dimensional molded shape, and to form a uniform protective layer or ornamental layer along the surface of the molded shape. Also, to provide uniform application to the entire irregularly-formed surface and to suppress air pockets and partial defects of bonding. [Solution] In an adherend W having a three-dimensional molded portion in which a plurality of concavities and/or convexities are molded in a regular arrangement, a thermoplastic coating film larger than the area of an adhesion region is integrally adhered by a three dimensional decorative molding procedure in a predetermined adhesion region that includes the three-dimensional molded portion. The predetermined adhesion region includes all of the three-dimensional molded portion and covers more than half the perimeter of the adherend W in center cross-sectional view.
METHOD AND DEVICE FOR APPLYING A MATERIAL TO A SUPPORT
Methods and apparatuses for mounting a material (1) on a carrier (6) are provided. To this end, the material is arranged on a porous layer (2) of an air bearing arrangement (2, 3).
METHOD OF PRODUCING A MOLDED FIBER PRODUCT AND MOLDED FIBER PRODUCT
The invention discloses a method for producing a three dimensional molded product from cellulose fibers, comprising the steps of: providing a cellulose fiber composition comprising 1-30 wt % lignin, said cellulose fiber composition further having a solid content between 0.1-95%; providing a forming tool having a three dimensional shape including a forming surface, and bringing said forming surface into contact with the cellulose fiber composition; and press drying the cellulose fiber composition contacted by the forming tool at temperatures>200° C. to a dry content of at least 70%.
The invention also relates to a three dimensional fiber based product obtainable by means of said method.
Laceless shoe
Described is a shoe upper for a shoe, in particular an athletic shoe, wherein the shoe upper is laceless and comprises: (a.) a lateral portion; (b.) a medial portion; and (c.) at least an elastic intermediate portion between the lateral portion and the medial portion, wherein the stiffness of at least one of the lateral portion and the medial portion is at least 2 times higher than the stiffness of the elastic intermediate portion.
RESIN MOLDING METHOD
A resin molding method is capable of reducing the use amount of micropellets and obtaining a resin molded article having required characteristics. A resin molding method includes a disposing step of disposing a preliminary molded body laminated and formed in a three-dimensional shape in a molding die, a filling step of heating and melting the preliminary molded body by an electromagnetic wave transmitted through the molding die and filling the molding die with a molten resin material, and a cooling step of cooling and solidifying the molten resin material in the molding die. In the cooling step, a resin molded article integrated so as to eliminate a lamination interface of the preliminary molded body is formed in the molding die.
HOT STAMPING APPARATUS AND HOT STAMPING METHOD
A hot stamping apparatus and a hot stamping method are for collectively decorating a plurality of decoration objects using a decorative sheet. In a hot stamping apparatus, an upper chamber and a lower chamber are partitioned by a partition sheet and pressing bodies, so that decorative sheet pieces can be used instead of a decorative sheet having a large area. Then, by using the decorative sheet pieces, local thermal deformation can be prevented. A usage amount of the decorative sheet can be reduced, and three-dimensional decoration can be implemented as needed on a portion requiring decoration.
Method and device for producing and filling containers
An apparatus for transforming a preform into a container filled with liquid filling material includes a mold that forms a mold head, a sterilization system, a chamber that is common to a group of mold heads, an evacuation system that is connected to the chamber, and conduit lines, each of which connects a mold head to the chamber. The sterilization system sterilizes the interior of the preform while it is in sealing engagement with the mold head. The evacuation system creates a vacuum in the preform. Liquid filling material enters the preform under pressure and causes it to transform into a container.
Molding mold and manufacturing method thereof
A molding mold includes a shell mold provided with a plurality of vacuum suction holes and a backup mold for backing up the shell mold, a back surface of the shell mold and a front surface of the backup mold having the same shape and being fitted to each other. A ventilation groove is formed on the front surface of the backup mold or the back surface of the shell mold, leaving a receiving surface for receiving a mating surface, a plurality of striped grooves and ridges between the striped grooves are formed on the back surface of the shell mold or the front surface of the backup mold, the striped grooves having a feed pitch of 0.5 mm to 5.0 mm and a processing depth of 0.01 mm to 0.4 mm, and the vacuum suction holes and the ventilation groove communicate with each other through the striped grooves.
