ELECTRONIC TAGS FOR ASSOCIATING AND IDENTIFYING INTRAVENOUS ADMINISTRATION LINES
An electronic tag includes a housing; a processor within the housing; a transceiver configured within the housing and coupled to the processor; a display coupled to the housing and the processor, and configured to display information received via the transceiver; a clamping mechanism coupled to the housing and configured to secure the electronic tag to an intravenous (IV) tubing; and a sensor configured within the housing, and configured to measure a property of a fluid in an IV tubing at a location of the clamping mechanism.
ORGANIZER ANCHOR ASSEMBLY FOR DIALYSIS SYSTEM
An organizer anchor assembly may include an organizer unit coupled to an anchor base having a flat bottom with sufficient surface area in contact with a table or other surface to secure the organizer assembly in place during use. The organizer unit holds and organizes lines of a medical device, such as a peritoneal dialysis machine. The anchor base may be flat to contact the cart or table surface and/or may include a perpendicular portion designed to wrap around an edge of the cart or table surface. The organizer anchor assembly may be beneficially used in connection with a home dialysis machine in which lines and connectors are desirably organized and anchored during a dialysis treatment. Portions of the organizer anchor assembly may be made of polymer materials that provide a frictional interface in contact with a surface to resist movement of the organizer anchor assembly across the surface.

Portable, Powered Collection System for Flexible Fluid Hoses
The present invention relates generally to medical equipment, more particularly, the use of fluid hoses coupling tanks to cannulas, as part of medical gas therapy, such as oxygen therapy. The invention describes a collection system for managing excess flexible hose that a patient might need to wear for medical reasons such as home oxygen medical therapy. It comprises a collection container, a non-spooling roller system for collecting excess hose into the collection container and extraction from the collection container, and power system to power and control the roller system.
Medical Diagnostic System and Method
A medical diagnostic system is provided to automate analysis of samples to predict a medical condition, such as pregnancy or chronic kidney disease. The system may provide test strip usage automation. The medical diagnostic system may include a sample collection component, collection cup contamination protection mechanism, sample volume control component, test strip reader component, which may be manifested as a lateral flow strip reader, flow reader, sample analytic component, data processing component, data communication component, networked data management component, and device cleaning mechanism. A method to automate analysis of samples to predict a medical condition using the medical diagnostic system is also provided.

SURGICAL IMAGE-GUIDED NAVIGATION DEVICES AND RELATED SYSTEMS
MRI compatible localization and/or guidance systems for facilitating placement of an interventional therapy and/or device in vivo include: (a) a mount adapted for fixation to a patient; (b) a targeting cannula with a lumen configured to attach to the mount so as to be able to controllably translate in at least three dimensions; and (c) an elongate probe configured to snugly slidably advance and retract in the targeting cannula lumen, the elongate probe comprising at least one of a stimulation or recording electrode. In operation, the targeting cannula can be aligned with a first trajectory and positionally adjusted to provide a desired internal access path to a target location with a corresponding trajectory for the elongate probe. Automated systems for determining an MR scan plane associated with a trajectory and for determining mount adjustments are also described.

INTRAVENOUS SET TIMER DEVICE
Intravenous set timer devices are provided that include an indicator portion configured to change color at one or more predetermined times upon activation, a legend portion, wherein the legend portion defines relationships between colors of the indicator portion and specific time periods, and a removable protective cover configured to prevent exposure of the indicator portion to air when the removable protective cover is disposed on the indicator portion, wherein the indicator portion is configured to be activated when the removable protective cover is removed from the indicator portion. Intravenous sets and methods of making an intravenous set with an intravenous set timer device are also provided.
SURGICAL DRAIN MANAGEMENT APPARATUS
A post-surgical drain management pouch is disclosed. The pouch has resilient tubing clamps to hold the tubing in a friction fit arrangement. The guides organize drain tubing and prevent their binding while also providing sufficient slack to prevent the tubing from dislodging or otherwise accidentally discharging the drainage from a surgical site. The clips also prevent the accidental disconnection of the drain tubing from the drain if the tubing is pulled tight.
