METHOD FOR FLUID DELIVERY
A method for filling a reservoir a filling assembly having a needle, and a fluid. The reservoir is in a disposable housing assembly with a septum fluidly connected to the reservoir, a septum access assembly having a first position covering the septum and a second position providing access to the septum, and a bias mechanism for biasing the septum access assembly to the first position. The method includes piercing the septum with the needle, inserting fluid to the reservoir through the needle, contacting the filling assembly to the septum access assembly, and removing the needle from the septum. Removing the needle from the septum allows the bias mechanism to move the septum access assembly from the second position to the first position. The disposable housing assembly is attached to a reusable housing assembly.

Storage container, packaging member, and medical instrument set
A storage container, a packaging member, and a medical instrument set are reduced in size and can reduce the burden of preparing medical instruments. The storage container includes side face parts surrounding a first space and a second space for accommodating an introducer, a first storage part in which a catheter hub is disposed, a second storage part in which a tubular member is disposed in a state in which a connector unit is disposed in the second space, and a third storage part in which a dilator hub is disposed. The third storage part is disposed between the first storage part and the second storage part.

Nebulization device having dual modules
A nebulization device having dual modules includes: a nebulization host machine; a three-way tube communicated with the nebulization host machine; and a controller connected to the nebulization host machine; the nebulization host machine further includes a side cover, a nozzle arranged on a lower side of the side cover, a liquid medicine bottle arranged on an upper side of the side cover and communicated with the nozzle, a nebulization sheet arranged on one side of the liquid medicine bottle and communicated with the nozzle, and a first plug-in interface arranged below the liquid medicine bottle; a bottom portion within an interior of the nozzle is provided with a partition plate that divides the interior of the nozzle into an upper nebulization chamber and a lower gas flow chamber.

Layered walls for rigidizing devices
A rigidizing device includes an elongate flexible tube, a stiffening layer positioned radially outwards of the elongate flexible tube, an outer layer over the elongate flexible tube and the stiffening layer, and a vacuum or pressure inlet between the elongate flexible tube and the outer layer and configured to attach to a source of vacuum or pressure. The elongate flexible tube includes a first reinforcement element and a second reinforcement element. The second reinforcement element is counterwound relative to the first reinforcement element. The rigidizing device is configured to have a rigid configuration when vacuum or pressure is applied through the inlet and a flexible configuration when vacuum or pressure is not applied through the inlet.

Percutaneous access apparatus
A percutaneous fluid access apparatus includes a percutaneous fluid access device. The percutaneous fluid access device has a base portion including a subcutaneous portion and at least one port for connection to one or more fluid conduits within a body of a patient. A housing has at least one fluid channel and at least one seal for sealing the at least one fluid channel, and the housing is removably attachable to the base portion. The at least one fluid channel is in fluid communication with the at least one port when the housing is attached to the base portion.
