Handling Head for Raw Tyre Treads
The present invention relates to a handling head for raw tyres which enables the handling of the raw tyre from a horizontal position to a vertical position to be performed, as well as the readjustment of the diameter and the ejection of the raw tyre to be stored or taken to a vulcanising station once said diameter has been readjusted.
TIRE MOLDING APPARATUS
A tire molding apparatus includes: a moving body which moves and stops along a rail; and a position information acquiring device which acquires information of a stop position of the moving body, in which the position information acquiring device includes at least a reflector and a sensor as components, in which one component of the reflector and the sensor is provided facing the moving body in a stopped state, in which the moving body is provided with the other component of the reflector and the sensor, in which the one component is disposed at a position outside a movable range of the moving body, in which a reflection surface of the reflector is inclined with respect to an extension direction of the rail, and in which the information of the stop position of the moving body is acquired on the basis of the distance measured by the sensor.
TIRE VULCANIZING MACHINE AND TIRE VULCANIZING METHOD
A tire-vulcanizing machine for positioning a green tire and a mold via a mold-clamping process, the tire-vulcanizing machine including two guide rods, the mold which includes an upper mold and a lower mold, a bolster, a base, a mold-elevating device, two clamping rods, and guide bushes provided on the bolster.
Transport system
A transport system prevents swinging of a lift stage at the time of ascent and descent, while appropriately supporting an article shifted from the reference position. The transport system includes a transport device that transfers a green tire to and from a rack part. The transport device includes a lift stage, a support part, and a guided part. The lift stage is provided to be movable upward and downward. The support part is provided on the lift stage and supports an upper inner wall of the green tire from a lower side. The guided part is provided on the lift stage. The rack part is provided with a guide part having a lower portion defining a first gap with the guided part and an upper portion defining a second gap with the guided part.
PROCESS AND PLANT FOR BUILDING TYRES FOR VEHICLE WHEELS
A plant for building tyres of at least two different models for vehicle wheels, includes at least a tyre building line, which in turn, includes: a plurality of work stations arranged according to a sequential series, each work station being adapted for building at least one structural component of each tyre and assembling at least one elementary component; at least one handling device for the tyres being processed on the respective forming supports associated to each work station; and at least one transfer device adapted for transferring the tyre being processed on its forming support from any first work station of the sequential series to any other second work station not adjacent thereto of the sequential series, so that the tyre being processed on its forming support only passes in the first and second work stations.
PROCESS AND APPARATUS FOR HANDLING GREEN TYRES FOR BICYCLES
A green tyre (2) for bicycles is built, comprising at least one carcass ply (4) having axially opposite end flaps (4a) engaged with respective bead cores (5) and a tread band (6) applied in a radially outer position around said at least one carcass ply (4). The green tyre (2) removed from the building drum, is profiled so as to translate the tread band (6) in a radially outer direction with respect to the bead cores (5), so as to impart a cross-sectional convex profile to the tyre (2) in a radially outer direction. The profiled tyre is engaged by means of a transfer member (31) while the tyre itself is mechanically restrained so as to maintain at least partly said cross-sectional convex profile in the radially outer direction.
Method of manufacturing tire product
A method of manufacturing a tire product comprising: a step of preparing a core-assembly 4 of a rigid core 2 and a rubber member 3 formed on the rigid core 2, wherein the rigid core 2 is attached to a spindle device 7, and the rubber member 3 is to be vulcanization-molded, and constitutes all or a portion of a green tire, a step of conveying the core-assembly 4 from the spindle device 7 into a mold 50, and a step of vulcanization-molding the rubber member 3 on the rigid core 2 in the mold 50. The conveying of the core-assembly includes obtaining the weight of the rubber member 3 included in the core-assembly 4.
Device and transport device for handling tyre blanks
A blank stand for receiving and/or temporarily storing at least one tire blank and to a logistics system for realizing a flow of material of tire blanks to tire manufacturing plants with at least one blank stand, wherein the blank stand and the further components of the logistics system are designed such that handling and transport functions are supported in different height levels relative to a floor level of the hall.
Process and plant for building tyres
A plant for building tyres, includes: a shaping work station configured for receiving a carcass sleeve; at least one radially expandable/contractible toroidal forming drum engageable in the shaping work station; at least one work station configured for building at least one component of a crown structure on a radially external surface of a tyre being processed, defined starting from the carcass sleeve that is shaped and coupled to the forming drum; transfer devices configured for moving said forming drum along a closed-loop completion path and arranging it in proximity to the work station in order to obtain a green tyre, the closed-loop completion path being extended from an initial work station to a final work station coinciding with the shaping work station; and a pick-up device configured for picking up said green tyre decoupled from the respective forming drum.
