FOOTWEAR MIDSOLE, METHOD OF MANUFACTURE AND MOULD FOR THE MANUFACTURE THEREOF
A footwear midsole, method of manufacture and mould for the manufacture thereof, which relates to a footwear midsole and a method for the manufacture of a footwear midsole obtained by moulding. The midsole presents a first body with a hollow or recess that determines perimeter walls in said first body with an intermediate filling that extends above the perimeter walls and a third material, acting as a lining, overlaid on the second material. The method uses a special mould which, in addition to a lower part and an upper part, is equipped with an intermediate piece, such that the method presents a casting phase between the aforementioned walls of a filling layer of said second material, preferably polyurethane.
Rubber sole thermoforming machine
A rubber sole thermo-molding machine includes a lower mold seat disposed on a hydraulic actuator of the machine seat. The lower mold seat ascends and descends with respect to the upper mold seat according to the hydraulic actuator, allowing the lower upper molds to close and open. The upper mold seat moves between a normal position and a tilt position according to the turning mechanism. The middle plate horizontally moves between the upper and the lower mold seats, and has a push mechanism connected with the middle frame. When the pin of the middle frame and the fasten unit on the push mechanism are separated, the middle frame is stacked on the middle plate or the lower mold to move, facilitating the cleansing and material-feeding operations. The user can cleanse the upper mold without being hindered by the middle frame, assuring the safe and smooth process.
Methods of manufacturing articles having foam particles
Methods for manufacturing three-dimensional components of articles, including articles of footwear, apparel, and sporting equipment are provided. The disclosed methods comprise providing a first composition comprising a plurality of foam particles suspended in a liquid polymerizable composition, polymerizing a first portion of the liquid polymerizable composition to form a first layer of polymeric material at least partially encapsulating a first portion of the plurality of foam particles, repeating the polymerizing and forming for at least a second and third iteration, each iteration forming a layer on the previous layer, thereby forming a three-dimensional component having at least three layers, each layer including foam particles at least partially encapsulated by the first polymeric material. Articles manufactured using the disclosed methods are also provided.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MANUFACTURING A PORTION OF AN ARTICLE OF FOOTWEAR FROM A MOLD
A method for manufacturing a sole assembly of an article of footwear includes injecting a first material into a first mold to forming a first component. A second material is injected into a second mold to form a second component in the second mold. The first component is formed from a first material and includes a first plurality of channel elements. The second component is formed from a second material and includes a second plurality of channel elements. Each of the first plurality of channel elements is aligned with a corresponding one of the second plurality of channel elements, and the first component is secured to the second component to form an initial sole assembly.
3-D printed master model
This disclosure concerns a master model for the production of a mold, comprising: (a) a first part, a second part comprising a textured surface; wherein the first part and the second part are connected.
FLUID-FILLED CHAMBER WITH A TENSILE ELEMENT
A fluid-filled chamber, which may be incorporated into articles of footwear and other products, may include an outer barrier and a tensile element. The outer barrier may have a first portion, an opposite second portion, and an interior surface defining an interior void. The tensile element may be secured to the first portion of the outer barrier in a plurality of first bond areas and may be secured to the second portion of the outer barrier in a plurality of second bond areas. Each of the bond areas may be connected to portions of the tensile element spaced from the interior surface.
LIGHT-CURED COMPOSITE INSOLE
The present invention describes a shaped footwear device intended to be used as a supportive insole or orthotic and a system and methods for making the same. The footwear device includes a top foam layer, a light-cured composite material layer, and a bottom textile layer. The footwear device is created by conforming a pre-cured insole assembly to the plantar surface of a foot or foot mold and then exposing the pre-cured insole assembly to light to create a shaped footwear device with a light-cured composite material support plate.
METHOD FOR PRODUCING A SOLE OF A SHOE
A method of using a marriage mold includes providing an upper plate having a first wall and at least one second wall, and a lower plate having a marriage cavity and a top wall. At least two midsole components are provided, which are made of a first material, and each have a first region and a void structure. The at least two midsole components are positioned into the marriage cavity. The upper plate is secured to the lower plate such that the first wall and the top wall form a seal. The at least two midsole components are joined together to form a midsole having a second void structure.
ECO-FRIENDLY METHOD OF MANUFACTURING SHOE MATERIAL, SEMI-FINISHED, AND FOAMED SHOE MATERIAL MADE THEREBY
A method of manufacturing the foamed shoe material and semi-finished product including the following steps. Step S1: a foamable material is injected into a cavity of a blank mold to solidify, thereby generating a semi-finished product of the shoe material and a runner waste that are unfoamed. The runner waste could be shed for reusing directly as the foamable material without a granulating process. Step S2: the semi-finished product is cooled down and put into a cavity of the foaming mold, and the semi-finished product is evenly foamed in the cavity of the foaming mold to obtain a shoe material wherein the waste generated during the method of manufacturing the foamed shoe material could be effectively reused, and the yield rate of the shoe material thereby enhanced.
SOLE MOLD FOR MANUFACTURING A SOLE
A sole mold for manufacturing a sole from a plurality of particles includes at least one first opening for supplying the particles, and at least two second openings for supplying a gaseous and/or liquid medium to bond and/or fuse the particles together. At least a portion of the sole mold is manufactured by an additive manufacturing method.
