SHAPING APPARATUS AND SHAPING METHOD
A shaping apparatus includes an inkjet head forming one shaped layer by performing multiple main scans of ejecting an ink droplet of a curable ink that cures according to light of a predetermined wavelength toward a shaping table while reciprocating in a main scanning direction; a light source provided at least at one position on a front side in a forward or return direction in the main scan with respect to the inkjet head and irradiating an ink dot formed by the ink droplet with light; and a flattening unit flattening an upper surface of the ink dot. A shaped object is formed by layering the shaped layer. In the shaping apparatus, the ink dot is flatted by the flattening roller in the return movement without completely curing the ink dot by controlling the on/off state or illuminance of the light source during at least one of the main scans.
Electronic device with recognizable shell and manufacturing method for the recognizable covering plate
An electronic device with a recognizable shell is provided. At least a portion of the recognizable shell is manufactured by a method including mixing a plastic material and a color material to obtain a mixture material, increasing an environment temperature of the mixture material to a preheating temperature lower than the plastic material melting point, increasing the environment temperature above the preheating temperature, increasing the environment temperature to a temperature 5 to 10 degrees above the plastic material melting point; increasing the environment temperature above the color material melting point, injecting the mixture material in a mold cavity of a mold, maintaining the mold in under a molding pressure, and obtaining the cooled mixture material as the portion. A manufacturing method for recognizable covering plate is also provided.
PHOTOCURABLE TRANSPARENT INK COMPOSITION FOR THREE-DIMENSIONAL MOLDING AND PREPARATION METHOD AND APPLICATION THEREOF
A photocurable transparent ink composition for three-dimensional molding includes the following components in parts by weight: 60-125 parts of a photocuring agent, 0.01-5 parts of a yellowing adjusting agent, 0.5-5 parts of a photoinitiator, and 0.5-5 parts of an auxiliary agent, where the yellowing adjusting agent can absorb light in a wavelength range of 560 nm to 650 nm, so that the ink composition appears transparent. The photocurable transparent ink composition for three-dimensional molding can prevent yellowing of a printed article and make the printed article show a whiter, more transparent, and brighter appearance.
ABS-BASED RESIN COMPOSITION, METHOD OF PREPARING THE SAME, AND MOLDED ARTICLE INCLUDING THE SAME
Disclosed is an ABS-based resin composition, a method of preparing the same, and a molded article including the same, including an ABS-based resin composition including 100 parts by weight of a base resin including 20 to 40% by weight of a vinyl cyanide compound-conjugated diene compound-aromatic vinyl compound graft copolymer and 60 to 80% by weight of an aromatic vinyl compound-vinyl cyanide compound copolymer; and 0.1 to 5 parts by weight of a polyether-modified polysiloxane, a method of preparing the ABS-based resin composition, and a molded article including the ABS-based resin composition.
MULTI-LUMEN CATHETER AND METHOD OF ITS MANUFACTURE
A catheter assembly is constructed by reflow bonding an inner liner and an outer layer. The inner liner defines at least one lumen. The inner liner is made of a gamma-irradiated polymeric material that includes a polyether block amide and a gamma radiation activated cross-linking agent.
Ignition coil for internal combustion engine and production method for the same
An ignition coil includes a not-illustrated coil, a plate assembly, and a case assembly. The plate assembly and the case assembly are combined with each other by laser welding at a recess and a rib (projection) which are respective abutting portions, thereby forming storage spaces for storing the coil.
Material sets
The present disclosure is drawn to material sets and 3-dimensional printing systems that include a fusing agent. One example of a material set can include a fusing agent and a detailing agent. The fusing agent can include water, a carbon black pigment, and a water-soluble co-solvent in an amount from 20 wt % to 60 wt %. The detailing agent can include water and a black dye. In another example, a material set can include a fusing agent and a thermoplastic polymer powder.
ADDITIVE MANUFACTURING SYSTEM FOR LIGHTWEIGHT LARGE SCALE SANDWICH STRUCTURES WITH TAILORABLE CORE DENSITIES
A method of additive manufacturing including generating a stress model driven slice file for a structure and additively manufacturing a variable density foam core with respect to the stress model driven slice file such that a density of the variable density foam core is varied relative to a modeled stress in the structure manufactured with the variable density foam core. An additively manufactured structure includes a composite skin bonded to the variable density foam core.
Low Friction ISBM Bottles
Disclosed is an injection stretch blow molded (ISBM) container containing a surface having a static coefficient of friction (COF) of 0.15 to 0.21, a dynamic COF of 0.06 to 0.1, wherein the surface retains a water contact angle of 76° or higher for up to three minutes after wetting of the surface with a water drop of 14 to 16 mm diameter and the container is made with a polymeric composition containing a high density polyethylene (HDPE) having a dispersity (Mw/Mn) of 9 or higher as measured by GPC; a MI2 of 1 g/10 min or higher as measured by ASTM D-1238; 190° C./2.16 kg, as measured by ASTM D-1238; and an environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR) at 100% Igepal of >150 hours as measured by ASTM D-1693, B.
METHOD FOR RECYCLING POLYESTER FABRIC
A method for recycling a polyester fabric is provided. The method includes providing a polyester fabric that is dyed and has dye and water repellent attached thereon, providing a composite solvent containing water and acetic acid mixed with each other, performing an extraction operation including infiltrating the polyester fabric with the composite solvent and extracting the dye and the water repellent, and carrying out a liquid state polycondensation reaction on the polyester fabric so that an intrinsic viscosity of the polyester fabric is increased and residual impurities of the polyester fabric are further removed.
