LOW FLOW PLUMBING SYSTEM
A plumbing system and water transport method. The system includes a global water source, a one way water transport mechanism, a growing tray, and a local buffer. The local buffer separates the global water source and the growing tray to prevent cross-contamination of water. The local buffer also continuously provides water to the growing tray on demand without the need for filtering or dumping of used or excess water. This results in low flow, efficient water transport.
GROW METHOD AND SYSTEM
A hydroponic grow system and grow method. The system includes growing plants in grow modules that are individually moveable. The plants grow in trays where roots never touch the water supply.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR AUTOMATED PLANT MAINTENANCE AND COMMUNICATION ALERTS
A system for automated plant condition notification, detection, and watering to improve plant growth and maintenance including a computing unit, an optical sensor, a soil moisture sensor, a water tank level sensor, a pump, and a computing unit. The computing unit includes a memory and a processor that receives a first input indicative of a user identifier and a communication type, a second input indicative of a plant type, a soil moisture input, a water level input, and an optical sensor input. The processor also determines a water pump initiation threshold and a water pump completion threshold based on one or more of the plant type, the optical sensor input, or the soil moisture input and determines a plant maturity optical value based on the plant type. Additionally, the processor transmits a water pump initiation, a water pump completion signal, and a notification via a selected communication method.
GROW SYSTEM
A grow system. The system includes growing plants in grow modules that are individually moveable. The plants grow in trays where roots never touch the water supply. The plumbing to the grow modules is a low flow, one way flow continual drip system that is hands free. A mobile robot can navigate around a growspace, bring any grow module from one location to another, and perform growspace operations. The growspace is a control space with data source zones and a control space manager. The control space manager can collect data and control different variables across different data source zones in order to determine optimal policies and conditions for data source growth and generation.
DEVICES, SYSTEMS, AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING AND USING A PUMP CONTROL MODULE IN A MASTER CONTROLLER IN AN ASSEMBLY LINE GROW POD
Devices, systems, and methods for providing and operating a pump control module and one or more pumps in an assembly line grow pod are provided herein. Some embodiments include the assembly line grow pod having one or more pumps, a master controller with a plurality of bays and being communicatively coupled to the pumps, and a pump control module within one of the bays such that the pump control module is communicatively coupled to the master controller and the pumps. The pump control module is programmed to receive information regarding fluid within the assembly line grow pod, determine one or more control signals necessary to provide or pressurize the fluid, and provide the one or more control signals to the one or more pumps.
Water-circulation irrigation system
A water-circulation irrigation system includes a water supply device and a planting device. The planting device includes a water storage container, an irrigation pipeline, a nozzle and a recycling pipeline. One end of the irrigation pipeline is in communication with the water storage container and has a water supply end. The planting device includes a water collection container, a planting tray and a shunting element. The water collection container has a water dispensing post. The planting tray is disposed at an opening of the water collection container. The planting tray has a fitting portion and a through hole and corresponds in position to a water collection space of the water collection container. The shunting element includes a fertilizer chamber and is disposed at the rim of the through hole of the fitting portion. Therefore, a fertilizer solution is produced in a manpower-efficient manner and thus conveniently.
Irrigation line clip and irrigation system
Apparatus, systems and methods are provided for retaining irrigation line configuration relative to an array of plant containers. A plurality of irrigation line clips are configured to releasably lock to the plant containers. The plant containers are each provided with a plurality of apertures for receiving the irrigation line clips, the apertures being arranged in different locations along rims of the plant containers. The clips can be provided with a semi-ring component for use in quick attachment to an irrigation line.
METHOD FOR INSTALLING A CULTIVATION FLOOR SYSTEM AND CULTIVATION FLOOR SYSTEM
A cultivation floor system has a floor on which plant containers are to be placed. The system includes a watertight basin and a water-permeable structure in the basin, which structure has a permeable top cloth which forms the top side of the floor on which plant containers are placed. The structure includes one or more water-retaining layers. A watering installation supplies water so that water is available for the plants in the plant containers. A perforated film is placed between the permeable top cloth on the one hand and the one or more water-retaining layers on the other hand, which perforated film is made of impermeable film material which is provided with distributed perforations in such a manner that the film reduces the free evaporation surface for water from the one or more water-retaining layers.
Systems and methods for image capture in an assembly line grow pod
An image capture system for a grow pod includes a master controller that has a processor, a memory, and cameras that are communicatively coupled to the master controller and positioned to capture images of plants or seeds. The memory stores a grow recipe and a logic. The grow recipe defines instructions for growing the plants or seeds and expected attributes corresponding to the instructions. The logic, when executed by the processor, causes the master controller to perform at least the following: receive, from the cameras, the images of the plants or seeds, determine attributes of the plants or seeds from the images, compare the attributes of the plants or seeds from the images to the expected attributes defined by the grow recipe, and adjust the instructions of the grow recipe for growing the plants or seeds based on the comparison of the attributes to the expected attributes.
CULTIVATION SYSTEM HAVING CULTIVATION BOX AND CONTROLLING METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed a plant cultivation system including: a replaceable cultivation box including a housing, and identification information of the cultivation box, and an electronic device configured to acquire the identification information from the cultivation box, detect state information about an inside of the cultivation box or around the cultivation box using a sensor, and spray liquid into the cultivation box based on the identification information and the state information.
