A universal respiratory detector for detecting a respiratory gas. The universal respiratory detector may include a plurality of layers with a visual indicator to quickly and reversibly change color to detect a respiratory gas parameter such as carbon dioxide. The color change may be visible from both sides of the detector. In some examples, the respiratory detector may be a biocompatible and conformable sticker for mounting on a person’s face or an oxygen delivery device.

A patient interface includes a plenum chamber, a seal-forming structure, and a positioning and stabilising structure to provide a force to hold the seal-forming structure in a therapeutically effective position on a patient's head. The positioning and stabilizing structure includes a superior strap portion, an inferior strap portion, and a posterior connecting strap portion connected to or formed integrally with the superior strap portion and the inferior strap portion. The posterior connecting strap portion is constructed from a mesh material that is different than the material used to construct the superior strap portion and the inferior strap portion. The posterior connecting strap portion has a greater stretch capability than the superior strap portion and a lesser stretch capability than the inferior strap portion. The stretch capabilities allow the positioning and stabilizing structure to be removable from the patient's head when the loop engages the connection portion.

A patient interface including a seal-forming structure having a mouth portion that forms at least part of the mouth plenum and is configured to seal around the patient's mouth and a nasal portion that is configured to seal with the patient's nares. The nasal portion includes a nasal plenum positioned to receive pressurized gas from the mouth plenum. The seal-forming structure also includes a clip configured to connect the mouth plenum to the nasal plenum and act as a conduit for the flow of the pressurized gas from the mouth plenum to the nasal plenum. The clip includes a mouth portion end configured to engage the mouth portion, a nasal portion end configured to engage the nasal portion, and a pair of wings protruding from the nasal portion end into an interior of the nasal plenum so that the wings engage an interior surface of the nasal plenum.

A patient interface including a seal-forming structure having a mouth portion that forms at least part of the mouth plenum and is configured to seal around the patient's mouth and a nasal portion that is configured to seal with the patient's nares. The nasal portion includes a nasal plenum positioned to receive pressurized gas from the mouth plenum. The strap comprising a first coupling having a mechanical connector that is configured to engage the arm and limit movement of the arm into and out of the cavity, a second coupling spaced apart from an outer surface of the first coupling, and a sleeve being folded over the second coupling and positioned between the first and second couplings.
