HEALTHY GAS GENERATING SYSTEM
A healthy gas generating system for generating healthy gas for inhalation by a user includes an electrolysis device, a gas mixing device, and a backfire barrier. The electrolysis device electrolyzes water to generate a gas with hydrogen. The gas mixing device includes a mixer and a vibrator for mixing the combination gas with an atomized gas to produce the healthy gas. The backfire barrier is configured on the output of the gas mixing device or the gas passage of receiving the combination gas to avoid the backflow of the gas.
Operated nebulizer and means thereof
A process and a nebulizer for dispensing a consecutively dose of medicament in the form of a mist, comprising: an energy source (ES), an air-conditioning volume, an air outlet fluidity connected to the air-containing volume, an air actuator adapted to release a flow of compressed air through the air outlet at such time as a predetermined ES pressure has been reached in the volume and at least two valve means in communication with the air actuator. The compressed air is released at a predetermined pressure of about 20 to about 100 psig. The valve means controls the actuation of the air actuator such that when a medication is nebulized, a mist distribution of a medication is formed having droplets size in the range of approximately 1μ to approximately 7μ which inhaled by a user at a set of predetermined intervals.
MEDICAL DEVICES FOR ENDOSCOPICALLY DISPENSING AGENTS AND RELATED METHODS OF USE
A medical system includes a propellant source containing a propellant fluid, containers containing a material, and a shaft having a plurality of lumens, each of the plurality of lumens having a first opening at a proximal end of the shaft and a second opening at a distal end of the shaft. The plurality of lumens are fluidly coupled to one or more of the propellant source and at least one of the plurality of containers, and a first lumen surrounds, is coaxial with, or is side-by-side with, at least one other lumen.
Vaginal Cleansing Device
A vaginal cleansing device is composed of an outer film, an inner support cylinder and a plug. The outer film has conical tapered rings formed on an outer wall of the outer film and tapered upward. The inner support cylinder has microvias formed on a wall of the inner support cylinder and corresponsive to the conical tapered rings of the outer film respectively; the inner support cylinder is plugged into the outer film, so that the microvias of the inner support cylinder are corresponsive to the conical tapered rings of the same height; and the microvias are attached onto the interior of the conical tapered rings. The plug is plugged into the opening of the inner support cylinder tightly and has a gas passing tube passing through the center of the opening of the inner support cylinder and a connector connected to the bottom end of the gas passing tube.
GAS DETECTOR FOR A FACE MASK
A face mask system for detecting gases and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The face mask system includes a protective mask, at least one communication device, a gas detection device and an external sensor. The gas detection device includes a power supply unit, an inductive coil loop, an internal microcontroller, a wireless communication chip and an internal sensor. The internal sensor is configured to detect and measure a plurality of inside mask VOC readings. The external sensor is configured to detect and measure a plurality of outside mask VOC readings. The external sensor compares an average inside VOC value with an average outside VOC value to provide unique and accurate information of the environment inside the protective mask thereby protecting the user from hazardous situations.
Virtual respiratory gas delivery systems and circuits
A respiratory gas delivery system monitors gas flow over the course of a breath in real time and uses this parameter to simulate, in whole or part, the function of a reference respiratory gas delivery system, in particular structural features, particularly structural components of parts of the reference system, to overcome a structural limitation of the reference system.
DIRECTIONAL BALLOON TRANSSEPTAL INSERTION DEVICE FOR MEDICAL PROCEDURES WITH IMPROVED HANDLE
The disclosed invention provides a handle for controlling movements of a transseptal insertion shaft which is suitable for facilitating precise and safe transseptal puncture of a cardiac interatrial septum, and a transseptal puncture system that include a transseptal insertion shaft and a handle to control movements of the transseptal insertion shaft. The handle includes two twister thread half shells, a nut inner and nut outer placed inside the two twister thread half shells, a first pull wire connected to a first side of the transseptal insertion shaft and coupled to the nut inner, a second pull wire connected to a second side of the transseptal insertion shaft and coupled to the nut outer. The nut inner and nut outer rotate in opposite directions to each other when the two twister thread half shells are turned in a direction.
NASAL RESPIRATORY APPARATUS HAVING NASAL DAM
A nasal respiratory apparatus includes a nasal interface, such as a nasal dam, and a removable air chamber assembly. The nasal dam may be a solid form with nares ports channeling air flow to an air chamber of the air chamber assembly via nares ports in the air chamber assembly. The nasal dam may be hollow, with a membrane with nares ports interfacing with the nares of a patient for channeling air flow to the air chamber of the air chamber assembly.
Insufflating optical surgical instrument
An insufflating surgical instrument adapted for movement across an abdominal wall to insufflate an abdominal region of a patient is disclosed. The instrument comprises a shaft having an insufflation channel extending between a proximal end and a distal end, the insufflation channel being adapted for connection to a source of fluid under pressure at the proximal end. A tip is at the distal end and a vent hole is formed in the tip being in connection with the insufflation channel and adapted to expel fluid under pressure to insufflate the abdominal region. The tip is formed of a transparent material to facilitate visualization of the abdominal wall and region. The shaft includes a lumen extending along the axis between the proximal end and the distal end to enable insertion of a laparoscope. The lumen and insufflation channel may be formed as separate channels or as one shared channel.
