Bladder bag and molding method of composite material

A bladder bag is a mold for molding inside of a composite material structure. The composite material structure includes a narrow portion formed by narrowing a part of the inside and a space portion formed so as to be adjacent to the narrow portion. The bladder bag includes a bladder bag main body and a cord-like member. The bladder bag main body includes a narrow molding portion for molding the narrow portion of the composite material structure, a space molding portion for molding the space portion of the composite material structure, and an air intake for introducing air. The cord-like member is provided inside the bladder bag main body, passes through the narrow molding portion from the air intake, and is connected to an inner surface of the space molding portion.

Electromagnetic coil

An electromagnetic coil with improved insulation properties at high temperatures. A bobbin is insulated by a thin ceramic composite layer that is produced by winding a glass or ceramic fiber over the support structure and impregnating it with a pre-ceramic polymer. The pre-ceramic polymer is then modified to form a ceramic SiO.sub.2 matrix around the fibrous layer. The ceramic matrix secures the glass or ceramic fibers in place and produces a dense layer. A ceramic coated magnet wire is then wound around the insulated support structure. The magnet wire is a conductor that is spiral-wrapped with a glass fiber impregnated with a pre-ceramic polymer.

For example, the magnet may be molding about a perimeter of the inlet opening during a molding process in which the reservoir body is formed. In some examples, the inlet opening defines a lumen extending into an interior of the reservoir body with the magnet being positioned at a location along the lumen opposite an external end face. The position of the magnet may be effective to engage a corresponding magnet on a DEF fill nozzle, allowing DEF to be introduced into the reservoir body. By integrating the magnet into the reservoir body, protection features that prevent erroneous filling of the reservoir body cannot be removed or bypassed.

The method may include the steps of: (1) encoding a feed material with randomized information; (2) forming the object with the feed material such that one or more portions of the object have respective randomized signatures based upon at least some of the randomized information of the feed material; (3) reading the respective randomized signatures at the one or portions of the object; (4) creating a profile of the respective randomized signatures at the one or more portions of the object based upon information from the reading; (5) transporting the physical object to an authenticator, and transmitting the profile to the authenticator; (6) reading the respective randomized signatures at the one or more portions of the object by the authenticator; and (7) comparing the reading by the authenticator to the profile received by the authenticator to thereby authenticate the physical object.
