A method for producing a polyester film is provided. The method includes a resin alloy master batch preparation step and a film forming step. The resin alloy master batch preparation step includes melting and kneading a high temperature resistant resin material and a polyester resin material with a twin-screw granulator, and then forming a plurality of resin alloy master batches. In the resin alloy master batch preparation step, a twin-screw temperature of the twin-screw granulator is between 250° C. and 320° C., and a twin-screw rotation speed of the twin-screw granulator is between 300 rpm and 800 rpm. The film forming step includes melting and extruding the resin alloy master batches with to form a polyester film. The polyester film includes a heat resistant layer formed of the plurality of resin alloy master batches so that the heat resistant layer includes the high temperature resistant resin material and the polyester resin material.

Injection molded articles having improved scratch resistance and reduced gloss change after heat and UV aging are disclosed. The article is formed from a molding composition having a melt flow index of 50-350 g/10 (230° C., 2.16 kg) as measured by ASTM D1238-04, the composition consisting essentially of: a) 15-80 wt. % of a hydrogenated styrenic block copolymer having a melt index of at least 12 grams/10 minutes according to ASTM D1238 at 230° C. and 2.16 kg weight; b) 10-60 wt. % of a polypropylene having a melt flow index greater than 300 g/10 min, measured under 230° C./2.16 kg according to ISO 1133-1; and c) 5-25 wt. % of a thermoplastic vulcanizate having a Shore A hardness from 60-90 (15 sec, 23° C.) as measured according to ISO 868. The article has a gloss increase after 10 days of aging at 120° C. of less than 100%, relative to an initial gloss, as determined by PSA D47 1850.

Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a composite crystal flooring. The composite crystal flooring may have a multi-layer structure. The composite crystal flooring may include a substrate layer. The substrate layer may include at least a first structural layer, a second structural layer, and a third structural layer. The second structural layer may be located between the first structural layer and the third structural layer. A foaming density of the second structural layer may be less than 1.1 grams per cubic millimeter. Components of the second structural layer may include polyvinyl chloride, one or more inorganic fillers, at least one foaming agent, at least one foaming regulator, at least one lubricating agent, and at least one stabilizer. The one or more inorganic fillers may include modified fly ash, hollow glass microbeads, and composite calcium. The composite crystal flooring with a low density may have good thermal stability and rigidity.
