GAS PERMEABLE WINDOWS COMPOSED OF AMORPHOUS CROSSLINKED FLUORINATED COPOLYMERS AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING THEREOF
Described herein are optically transparent and semipermeable windows composed of at least one layer of an amorphous crosslinked fluorinated copolymer. Also disclosed are a process and apparatus for three-dimensional continuous liquid interface production (CLIP) printing using the windows described herein. The amorphous crosslinked fluorinated copolymers have improved mechanical properties, thereby reducing the susceptibility of the window to brittle failures such as cracking and crack propagation. The gas permeable windows have superior durability and reliability compared with other available structures and compositions.

SINTER POWDER CONTAINING A MULTIVALENT ALCOHOL FOR PRODUCING MOULDED BODIES
The present invention relates to a method of producing a shaped body, wherein, in step i), a layer of a sinter powder (SP) comprising at least one polyhydric alcohol inter alia is provided and, in step ii), the layer provided in step i) is exposed. The present invention further relates to a method of producing a sinter powder (SP) and to a sinter powder (SP) obtainable by this method. The present invention also relates to use of the sinter powder (SP) in a sintering method, and shaped bodies obtainable by the method of the invention.
Method of printing a hollow part with a robotic additive manufacturing system
A method of printing a hollow part with a robotic additive manufacturing system includes extruding thermoplastic material onto a build platform movable in at least two degrees of freedom in a helical pattern along a continuous 3D tool path with an extruder mounted on a robotic arm, to thereby print a hollow member having a length and a diameter. The method includes orienting the hollow member during printing by moving the build platform based on a geometry of the hollow member wherein the movement of the build platform and the movement of the robotic arm are synchronized to print the part without support structures.
PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING COMPOSITE ARTICLES
The present invention relates to the use of thermoplastic polymer compositions for impregnating reinforcing materials in the form of fabric or industrial fabrics for the manufacture of composite materials. The field of the invention is that of composite materials as well as molding/consolidation processes and obtained parts. The invention more particularly relates to a method of manufacturing a composite article by injection molding comprising at least the steps of introducing at least one reinforcement fabric into a preheated mold, partial closure of the mold, a temperature rise step of the mold, optionally a step of maintaining the temperature of the mold before injection of a thermoplastic polymer composition, a step of injecting a thermoplastic polymer composition into the mold, a step of mold closure to the final part thickness allowing the flow of the resin through the reinforcing fabric, a cooling step and a recovery step of the obtained composite article.
QUANTUM-DOT CONTAINING RESIN SHEET OR FILM, METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME, AND WAVELENGTH CONVERSION MEMBER
To provide a quantum dot-containing resin sheet or film, a method for producing the same, and a wavelength conversion member that can, in particular, solve the problem of aggregation of the quantum dots and the problem with the use of a scattering agent, suppress a decrease in light conversion efficiency, and improve the light conversion efficiency of a resin molded product containing quantum dots. The quantum dot-containing resin sheet or film of the present invention includes a stack of a plurality of resin layers, at least one of the resin layers containing quantum dots, and the plurality of resin layers is integrally molded through co-extrusion.
Heat treatment of 3D-printed objects
A process for heat treating a 3D-printed object includes enclosing a 3D-printed object in a semisolid capsule; curing the semisolid capsule to form a solid capsule; heat-treating the solid capsule until amorphous regions of the 3D-printed object become elastomeric state; cooling the solid capsule; and removing the heat-treated 3D-printed object from the solid capsule.
